Reviews for Villa La Cappella
Review 1:Diana and Patrizio are wonderful and extremely friendly landlords. We had some issues (not with the hotel!) to sort out and they helped us in all possible ways - just fantastic and certainly above average! If we needed any recommendations for trips or restaurants they always help you very patiently and with lots of enthusiasm.
Review 2:Very personal service makes you feel welcome and at home immediately. Situated close to everything that matters in wonderful Tuscany. We can only recommend Villa La Capella
Review 3:Difficult to find and not signposted. Nearest town was not that nice.Bathroom had tub with handheld shower that was difficult to use.
Review 4:Dinner was excellent. Very quiet and peaceful for sleeping.
Review 5:Hospitality owners Location/convenience Ambiance Very pet friendly
Review 6:Me and my husband just came back from a short break in Italy and stayed at the very lovely Villa La Cappella hotel. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and the whole place has a very warm, family run feeling about it and best of all was authentic food we had each evening as part of our set meal. I would high recommend this to anyone looking for a true Italy experience. Mrs Terri Paul - England
Review 7:the shower was very small and the shower curtain wasnt good at all so all the shower room was filled with water The toilet was very noisy when filling the water after use. The Wifi work only outside from room ( we stay at 2nd building ) and was best only at the lobby so we could use skype with the Tablet only there that is the main thing that we gave less on facilities and comfort The brakefast start on 8:30 and I dont recall read it on booking. We traveld every day so this was a problem becouse on some places we had tickets pre-booked So in 2 out of 5 days we didnt eat brakefast
Review 8:Staff very nice and helpful gave us good tips for trips and parking places. altough the problem discribed with brakefast times. The owner tried to help us and in 2 out of 5 days he talked with his employee ( Manoela ) to give us an early brakefast.
Review 9:1.the place needs more maintenance, e.g. swimming pool

Review 11:the room was 12m2 and located in the basement.it was dark and the air was not fresh. there were a lot of insects (like spiders) as you would expect in a basement. the very old bathroom had a leaking toilet, the tabs were rusty and there was no proper shower (only a showerhead at the wall). the fire safety was below every level, there the room was in the basement and the small windows had steal barrs in front of them, if there is a fire you are trapt. the pool was dirty almost the whole week that we were here, only the last 2 days they cleaned it up a little bit so you could swim. we heard from other guest that there rooms (in the main building) were good but very hot. there was no wifi only a internetpoint but it didn't work good. they had a big dog wich was walking around the garden all day and you could smell the urine. if you think that you can have a romantic diner for 2 at the restaurant, think again....your forced to sit on a big table together with all the other guests, for some this is fun, for us this is hell. the room we were staying in (all the basement rooms) should not be rented, there it was even below the standards of a backpackerhostel and that for 110 euro a night. we will never visit again.
Review 12:most of the staff was helpfull (example, glutenfree diet). good locaties to make citytrips , the room was cool, laying around the pool area (not swimming in it)
