Reviews for Nazareth Hostel Al Nabaa

Review 1:This place is awesome! We usually do cheap hotels when we travel, but for Nazareth we couldnt find any near the city center for a cheap price so we decided to try a hostel! All I can say is, we are so happy we did! The owners are so nice and welcoming! Breakfast is 10x better than any hotel breakfast and rooms are clean, big and renovated! We had a double private room (couple traveling)! If you are a little afraid because you have to share bathroom, i would say, go for it, try! You will not regrer staying here! Even free parking and fast wifi! Would stay here again, for sure!!

Review 2:1 bathroom to be shared with 8 people

Review 3:Great atmosfere, especially the terrasse. We had a good breakfast (classical israelian prepared at the moment for us with love) on the terrasse in the sun. Room nothing special.

Review 4:the bathroom is kind of strange, with a jacuzzi in it... not very useful. and it is just one for the whole hostel.

Review 5:our room was very comfy and pretty, the lobby is very nice and there is a gorgeous garden with a beautiful view over nazareth roofs. the staff is kind and helpful. coffe and tea available for free in the lobby.

Review 6:Everything about this place are very good! The staff are very nice, so is the room. They provide awesome breakfast. For this price, it worth more than I expected (:

Review 7:Although it's only a short distance from the middle of town it's a bit of an uphill walk to get there (not a negative but just be prepared)

Review 8:Friendly & welcoming staff & atmosphere, included brekfast was top-notch & authentic, comfy bed, modern bathroom, large room, inexpensive

Review 9:- it was cold and the room was not heated and the blanket was quite thin - finding it/parking is difficult - furnishings (including floor and bed) where a bit rickety

Review 10:- Great Bereakfast (including bread beaked right there) - waited up for us - furnishings where homely

Review 11:it really takes a while to find this place (so ask for direction before hand!!!) And since it's family run, there would not always be people in the reception.

Review 12:awesome breakfast! I wouldn't mind paying for that but it's free (included in the room rate)! super friendly besma and her cute kids, giving me really a warm home feeling

Review 13:All good.

Review 14:We were warmly welcomed, given an excellent room, and taken in to the hostel as part of the family. We took part in a birthday celebration and were served a delicious Mediterranean breakfast on a gorgeous sunny day in Nazareth.

Review 15:The staff was speaking loudly when we returned in the evening and had our rest in the room.

Review 16:The very friendly staff and the agreeable place for a rest.

Review 17:The only negative thing I have to say is that location wise it can be a bit tricky getting to. The old city is a little like a maze the first time you walk through it, but as soon as I asked for help someone lead me directly to the location. Hint: Look up for the sign hanging over the door.

Review 18:The staff was great, helpful when needed and left me to my privacy. I was able to come and go as I pleased and felt very comfortable and safe. The breakfast is probably the best I've had in a hostel to date, plus the hostel in itself is adorable.

Review 19:Absolutely fabulous stay ! Very cozy place with helpful and client oriented owner. We stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. First night owner recommend us very good restaurant and what is quite important in Israel with "normal" price - I do not remember name but ask him sure he will know. Also he help us organize trip around Nazareth with very nice driver who spend with us whole day and driver where we ask since north to south. Very nice room with fridge which is very useful. Nice terrace where you can enjoy evening or breakfast. Coffee and tea selection available whole day ! Breakfast - delicious, homemade and different every day. Highly recommend this place !

Review 20:the stay at the hostel was just magnificent. upon arrival I got all the important information about where to go,what to see as well as all details I needed in regards of my further travel plans. all the guests and the hostel owners were sitting together and were talking until late night having a good time drinking wine and eating fresh fruit from the market. the breakfast was just amazing. I felt more as welcome and would have loved to stay longer if my time in Israel was not so limited.

Review 21:The shower water flowed over the bathroom floor and in one of the rooms flowed under the carpet of the bedroom, rotting the flooring. No air con in one of the rooms.

Review 22:The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great healthy Middle Eastern style breakfast. Host organised a trip for us to Galilee. Lovely outdoor garden setting.

Review 23:The internet connection was a bit problematic. When we asked the host Tony for help he immediately tried to solve the issue and ended up letting use his private wireless .

Review 24:Nice relaxing atmosphere. Quite but very close to the market. Hosts went out of the way to make us feel good and happy.

Review 25:We were catered to. Some one brought fruit to our room not once but twice. More breakfast than you can eat. Relaxing romantic music playing softly in the background all night. We could sit outside on the patio and enjoy the great atmosphere of the city and surroundings.

Review 26:The dormitory room is a bit small for 5 beds and is without window.

Review 27:The owner and his family are great, he also came to pick me up at night at the bus stop. The super nice garden with trees, tables, chairs and sofas is just heaven. You have free water, tea and coffee. The breakfast in the morning is a real feast and is of excellent quality, with freshly baked bread and other specialties. There is free wifi everywhere and also a computer at disposal. very good quality/price. I would definitely go back.

Review 28:All is good: people, bed, location, breakfast. Very cosily! It is the center of old Nazareth and you can see all interesting things, because all are near. You can take the map in the hostel and feel yourself like at home, hostes did all and it is really comfortable. But I recomend map, when you will go the Nazareth. streets are confuse

Review 29:A lovely hostel in fantastic location. Breakfast was a highlight, aboslutely amazing! Very clean room and great value for price. Would recommend to all!

Review 30:The owners were so nice. The location great. Just a few minutes from everywhere.the breakfast was amazing. We have nothing bad to say about this place..

Review 31:We had such a lovely relaxing stay.Everything was just perfect. It was home away from home. Jairius the son made our stay very sweet. Be sure to meet him and talk to him. He is so helpful. The breakfast was delicious.Somethings cannot be explained in words ,they need to be experienced just like our stay here... CHEERS TO THIS PLACE

Review 32:Would be a bit difficult to find had we not had the GPS coordinates. Watch for the signs to the hostel up on the walls. We still had fun trekking through the old city. Would be difficult to find at night, would suggest asking for a staff member meet you to show you the way if arriving in the dark.

Review 33:New room and comfortable bed, a nice haven in the old city. Quiet and a splendid terrace to enjoy the evening and the most splendid breakfast in all of Israel. Family-run staff is very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Next to a small church, could hear the choir practicing in the early evening if out on the terrace, just lovely. A bit of a trek to find, and halfway up the hill. Would suggest a taxi if you have a lot of luggage which will take you close but not to the front door. We took a bus to Nazareth and enjoyed walking up the hill through the old city. We stayed an extra night because we enjoyed the breakfast!

Review 34:It was quite cold in the room (we were there at the beginning of March), but a blanket solved most of the problem.

Review 35:The hostel is in the old part of the city, with magnificent neighbourhood, very close to the Basilica of The Annunciation. The best breakfast we've had during our whole trip in Israel! Very nice garden with singing birds in the morning :) The owners of the hostel were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay during the visit in Nazareth :) As the streets of Old City are quite meandering and it's not easy to get there it's good to check the exact location on the map before arrival.

Review 36:We were 5 friends and had great time in the hostel (together with owner). Really all the best to say, everything was perfect. Highly recommended if you travel to Nazareth.

Review 37:the walk from the bus station...I had it in mind it was only 5 mins..probably was....but got lost a couple of times...Tony actually came to meet us but we missed each other.

Review 38:Tony, the owner and his children. The room was excellent...very clean and comfortable...and a very good breakfast.

Review 39:Difficult to find by car.

Review 40:The breakfast was very delicious and varied every day. Very nice and helpful owner. Very clean and near to the downtown. Very nice terace.

Review 41:When I arrived there was anyone and I waited a bit...

Review 42:The breakfast is amazing! The place is very close to all the most important places to see in Nazareth. The staff can help you in order to organize a trip with public transportations.

Review 43:Can't say enough good things about this place and the owners. My daughter and I stayed here in December in a private room. After getting lost during the chaos of the Christmas market, the owners were gracious enough to come and pick us up. I felt as though we were treated as family. I can't thank them enough for all they did. They went above and beyond anything I could of asked for during my stay with them.

Review 44:Tony and his family are wonderful and very kind. He came to meet us as we got lost in Nazareth! The guesthouse house is very clean full of chiara tre and close to main sites. Breakfast was the best we had on the whole trip and beautifully prepared. Recommend this guesthouse to anyone going to Nazareth.Great value 4 money. Thanks Tony!

Review 45:You must be able to walk up stairs or down hill to reach this hostel.

Review 46:Amazing family-run hostel. They were very welcoming and helpful. Awesome breakfast included.

Review 47:Very welcoming and caring owners (T and B). Place is clean, good wifi, excellent breakfast, very helpful owners, place helps you relax. Owners offer a home, not just a room.

Review 48:Very nice Hostel with friendly atmosphere. I think it's a place that you have to visit if you're in Nazareth! We booked around 10pm and got our own room in the same day! The breakfast we got, was also really good! We thank you for the warm hospitality in your house and hope to come again soon. Merry Christmas!

Review 58:The house is run by a great family. They are friendly and sincere. The rooms are simple and clean. The common areas are good for relaxing. If you want to taste authentic food, you should try their dinner. They serve special dishes that you can not find in a restaurant.

Review 59:You need to find the way to the hostel through the beautiful old streets of Nazareth. If you have found it, it's such a nice place to stay! Review 62:1. Their attention to our comfort. 2. Their disposition to help us in any way. 3. Their breakfast was wonderful. 4. The Hostel is simple but very well kept and nice.
