Review 2：We're really happy about the choice we've made. The hotel is in a convenient location close to everything. Customer oriented and very friendly staff. They helped us out giving us advice and answers to all our queries. Rooms were spotless. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommended!

Review 3：The list is long so I’ll just hit the key points here: No value for the money – I paid in excess of $400euro/night and expected at least a decent standard of hotel. Boy was I WRONG!!! This place had basic amenities and the facility looked tired! I would never stay here again but if I had to for some reason, I’d pay no more than $50euro/night Dirty!!! – The room had stained carpet and the paint and wallpaper were peeling off the walls. My wife and I joked that somehow we ended up in the Elba subsidized housing block (and we joked simply to keep our sanity). Air-conditioning – The air-conditioning worked, occasionally and kept blowing a fuse. Even after continually calling the front desk, the problem was never addressed. Shower – More of the same….. When we walked in the showerhead was sitting in the bottom of the tub and there was a large hole in the wall. The showerhead had been ripped from the wall and not fixed. When I notified the staff, it was address by taking a shower fitting and ramming it into the wall (literally) and the shower fixture would fall out of the wall when touched. In summary, this place was a waste of money and thank goodness my wife and I were able to find another guesthouse to accommodate us toward the end of our stay. Please take my advice and learn from my mistake, STAY AWAY from Swiss International Hotel Elba - Il Magnifico. WiFi – The room was advertised as having free WiFi. The room had no WiFi signal at all.

Review 28：I had picked this resort, paying more money than we usually do for a hotel, because it had an indoor swimming pool and offered tennis facilities. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and too cold to swim in and the tennis courts were not at the hotel so the opportunity for sports was not what was expected.
