Review 1：Rather isolated, car essential. Evening menu , although with fair choice, was the same every night. Long waits between courses - you have to be prepared to spend the whole evening in the restaurant.

Review 2：Fantastic view from rooms. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Town with several restaurants quite near if you have own transport.

Review 3：We stayed there for one night on a Friday. We had a bit of difficulty to sleep because of the noise of a probably club or party nearby.

Review 6：There is no kettle in the room, so a bit tricky for families with kids .. But we were provided hot water on demand from kitchen staff. Also the hill is too steep for walking with push chair or on high heels.. So if you want to go to the village - you will have to use a car.

Review 7：The location is excellent, such a great view on the lake and village. This is more a romantic hotel for couples than family oriented one. We travelled with a 6month old child and even thou we were the only couple with children, we were treated with care and kindness. They served us a special table for dinner (outside on a terrace) not to disturb our sleeping child (as main dinner restaurant is normally full) and staff was very helpful (special thanx to Sabrina). Food is excellent!!! Receptionists are very helpful too - always smiling and trying to make our stay as smooth as possible

Review 21：3 nights in a row a wedding with loud music fromm mid afternoon till late. staff at reception non apologetic (manager? ) virtually non existing wifi 3 out of 4 days offline. barking dogs. parking far away because of weddings and no help with luggage. no eating al fresco because of wedding. aircon exaust near room from central system starting up every 15 minutes or so. in short: it al looks nice but they are more concerned with making money than the comfort of their guest. the eldest of reception staff ( woman with dark short hair and glasses) couldn'nt be bothered with my complaint.

Location is beautiful on a hilltop overlooking the countryside and the lake. Breakfast is excellent and enjoyed on the terrace with great view. Good pool. Decoration and ambiance is classic romantic (maybe a little old-fashioned?) so has to be your 'thing', especially in the restaurant but service and quality is good in any aspect.

Review 75：The service was a little slow around the pool & when waiting for drinks at times. However the reception & restaurant service were very good. The location is some way out of Iseo & there are very limited numbers of taxi's available in Iseo - we actually had the same taxi driver everyday for 1 week and had to work around his availability.

Review 77：We booked a room with lake view, but this view was via two small heavily curtained windows. Lack of balcony/terrace and no comfortable chairs in room meant that we were unable to spend much time relaxing in the room itself - would recommend booking room with lake view and terrace. There was also no shower in the bathroom, just a shower head and hose attached to the bath taps, which was less than ideal.

Review 78：Fabulous location - peaceful setting and grounds with superb view over lake, especially from the terrace at breakfast, although a car is necessary as the hotel is on a hillside accessed via a steepish road a little distance from the nearest village (Clusane) - not easily walkable if you wish to eat locally. Lovely swimming pool and sun lounge area - although no shallow end in the pool would make it unsuitable for small children etc. Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Review 79：Breakfast options were limited regarding eggs, no tomatoes etc. Socalled "Gourmet dinner" was very disappointing. Impossible to stay outdoors after dark because of mosquitos. Visit to winery was based on driving there ourselves - in the morning - so we didn't bother at all.

But in the end eur 12 was added to our bill. In thefirst evening we thought that it was some mistake. Unfortunately thefollowing evening eur 12 also was added to our bill. There were twopositions for eur 7 and for eur 5 in the bill which we did not order.Food could be better in the restaurant. In the menu it is written that the chef is winner of several prizes. Food quality was not as good as we expected.
