Review 1：The self catering kitchen lacked equiptment, so we didnt get to use it as hoped, service in general was low, deck chairs were old and worn down

Review 11：Rooms are very cold. No pot, no frying pan. Refrigirator is almost useless, we even could not keep ice cream there, it was unfrozen and disposed. Wifi is one of the worst that I ever seen in hotels, it requests for the password every session and works very slow. In the first room electricity become out of order in 1 hour after check-in and we had to change the room after unpacking all of the bags. Hotels was almost empty and the got the room with road-view, but not lake-view. Why?
