Review 2：Very friendly, nice people, very helpful with information and story about the place, wonderful apartment with all needed equipment. Beautiful views. Short distance to many interesting places. e.g. to Siena, Florence, different small towns of the Chanti region. Excellent wine and olio with possibility to buy them in the Machetti farm. We spent here wonderful time and we are very grateful for it and for any help.
Review 3：Extremely nice and helpful personel, beautiful place in a quiet neighbourhood, we had our own house which was private and no annoying people were around it (just a lot of lovely chickens :)), the owners have an old vineyard with traditions and they make delicious wine and olive oil. There was so gorgeous that we honestly didn't want to leave. It's a great location to discover the real side of Tuscany.

Review 6：Amazing place, the apartments are on the land of the owners of the Machetti Winery. Overlooks the vineyard, relaxing, peaceful setting in the middle of a small town in the Tuscan countryside. You must get a tour of the Cantina where the owner Graziano will show you his photographs, art and of course his wines and olive oil. Enjoyed a BBQ on our last night with Machetti Chianti! We highly recommend this accommodation :) Gracie Mille Grazia and Graziano!!
Review 7：The knives in the kitchen could have been a bit sharper but that's about it. The apartments are fairly modern so if one is looking for "old world" Tuscan some place else might be preferred, but the apartments have everything one could need and the buildings and area are fabulous.
Review 8：Owner was very nice; well equipped place with sweet dog and chickens; nice LITTLE town with restaurant, mini mart and cash machine and fabulous access to provenciale di siena. Great value.
Review 9：The neighbor on heels above:) I suggest to take the whole house if you travel with a family and want to stay in a silence. There are just 2 apartments (2 floors house) so you won't hear your neighbors and will have a quiet time always.
Review 10：Owners are very nice people, the apartment is small, but pretty comfortable, you have everything you need, good wifi also. The territory in front of the apartment is huge and good for playing with kids. There is a very beautiful place where you could see amazing Tuscany views, a lot of nice cities are near (bought the best Italian wine there). Thank you Grazia&Graziano for your hospitality and kindness.
Review 11：We stayed at the Sole apartment, in a building comprised of two apartments.It felt more like a small house though, because we had our own entrance and a garden. Location is perfect - ca. 15 min. from Siena, plenty of sightseeing possibilities within a 1-hour drive, yet very quiet. The hosts were very welcoming, we were treated to self-baked cakes, eggs from their farm, and olive oil and wine produced on the property. Our 2 little kids enjoyed their stay as well - they had the opportunity to play soccer every day, explore the surroundings, collect walnuts, and observe the wine-making process (we were there in October).
Review 12：The possibility to bring our cat( that lived the big garden), the great location that allowed us to explore very nice places away from the mass tourism, the amazing cakes prepared by the owner, the great oil and wine produced there, and finally the great tips we got for enjoy Tuscany avoiding the crowd!!!
Review 13：June 2014. La Roverella is one of the best place we've visited during our tour through Tuscany. La Roverella it's place where you can really have a rest and forget about everything. It's place where we want to return. Clear air, real Tuscany nature, clear small cottage was made with love.This place is very convinient for everyday small trips by car to the different directions of Tuscany. Very very peaceful and hospatable owners-beautiful Family. And finally...you can find here very tasty vino and olio!!!

Review 16：Accommodation is very nice, quiet location, very cozy and clean. The hosts explained everything to us, provide the informations on the possible for dining and activities and trips. From the host upon arrival we got delicious cake and a bottle of wine and olive oil. There is possibility to buy it. Apartment is well equipped (kitchen with gas cooker, fridge,towels in the bathroom, TV, SAT, WiFi, etc.). Great location - excellent starting point for trips (Siena, the Crete region).We were totally satisfied with everything. Thanks to family Machetti!
