Review 1：The address on booking.com was incorrect and caused us an hours delay in finding it.

Review 2：We're not always easy to please but the staff were all wonderful, the room spotless & comfortable and the location excellent. We'd make a detour to stay again.

Review 3：The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and cheaply made. I thought it would fold up on me.

Review 10：I booked and paid for a room with sea-view. When I arrived no room witha sea-view, only room available looking out on to the gravel car parkand train line. Although B&B was advertised as having sun loungersand umbrellas in the gardens, there was no mention that these had topaid for. 10 Euros per day. Although I didn't arrive until 6pm theycharged me for the sun loungers for that day. Breakfast very poor.Rooms not cleaned every day. I was there for 3 nights and roomwasn't cleaned until I mentioned it, when they cleaned it theafternoon before I left.
