Review 1：Coffee and tea Italian style!!!!

Review 2：A wonderful villa in the Tuscan countryside about 5 min drive outside the village of Impruneta and about 20 min drive into Florence. Swimming pool was a welcome relief after a day's sightseeing. Breakfast, freshly cooked and served on the patio was terrific and Matilde and Alberto, the young owners were great hosts. We really appreciated our glass of Chianti, cheese and local salami on our first evening.

Review 4：Alberto and Matilde went out of their way to ensure our comfort and that our stay was wonderful. Villa Matilde is convenient you Florence, but far enough to be quiet and restful. Matilde'a cooking is fantastic. We renewed our wedding vows while staying. Alberto helped with the arrangements and even translated during the ceremony. We absolutely adore Alberto and Matilde.

Review 5：Poor breakfast and the cleaners were moving our stuff during the room cleaning, which is fine but do not reorganised someone else clothes and private things in the luggage.

Review 7：Staying there was amazing. A great place where past meets present in atmosphere and surrounding. I fell in love with the view and with every single item of the villa. There is a parking place. We used a terrace for relaxing evening with wine and cheese. In the center of Imptuneta we had the best late dinner in Italy.

Review 8：Everything is perfect, no matter the beautiful and home-like villa, and the kind-hearted hosts. The garden is full of flowers, which are beautiful and really rare in China now. And we have never seen such a wonderful villa and hosts before. They are very helpful, and they have raised two dogs. We will never forget this place, and hope one day we will visit again.

Review 9：Little bit weak drain system in shower room Needs mosquito net in the room. We are bitten by mosquitos.

Review 10：Mostly nice experince during the staying. Good location ;only 25 min. from Florence and 30 min. from The mall for shoppling by car, 15 min from Greve for T-bone steak. Very kind owner couple, Delicious home made breakfast

Review 11：No facilities to make tea/coffee. No possibility to get a plate to eat something small in the breakfast area, kitchen door is locked during the day. We had a lot of noise (tv/conversations) from the neighboring house. it's a big complex, one family, and one room is above their carport and driveway. Doors slamming in the morning so I did not a very good night rest. sorry, but it didn't work for us.

Review 13：Nothing...staying here was a unique and wonderful experence and a welcome change from the monotony of staying in a large, impersonal hotel.

Review 14：Regrettably, I was able to stay at this beautiful villa for only one night and would have happily lingered for longer. The first thing that struck me was the beautiful secluded location of the villa, then the warm and beautiful young italian couple who greeted me at the gate and who were so focused on welcoming me and making sure I had everything I needed. I had a beautiful spacious and comfy room and enjoyed a generous and scrumptious breakfast the next morning before continuing on my journey. An unforgettable stay and will certainly return when I am again in that region of Italy. Very highly recommended!

Review 15：My husband & I arrived at this lovely villa and knew immediately that we were in for a wonderful time in Tuscany. The most sincere and gracious owners Matilde & Alberto were simply the best. Very helpful & charming hosts. They made sure that all their guests were well taken cared of. Attention to detail in the rooms and common areas are greatly appreciated. Everything was cohesive.Nothing out of place. It was still cold so understandably the pool remained covered. We have visited Impruneta several times, but after staying at Villa Matilde on this trip , i can say that we have found a place that we would like to visit & stay at as often as we could. We had the junior suite which was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had wonderful views of the town & the Tuscan region. The common areas give you a very homey and pleasant feeling. An ample breakfast was served daily. We can't wait to go back. Villa Matilde is certainly very special. I already miss it! You would have to visit to find out why. Thank you again Matilde & Alberto.

Review 16：The beuatiful couple are as Italian as any one will get. Warm and welcoming, this usually means alot to me. The accomodation gave us that countryside feeling we were seeking, leaving us relaxed and ready to enjoy the breathtaking Florence landscape.

Review 17：I truly enjoyed myself here! There is so much I want to share! The facilities were excellent and offered wonderful and peaceful views. We were treated like family and are appreciative of the hospitality of the owners! Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! There is just something amazing about a breakfast being served fresh out of a kitchen! My daughter has an allergy to dairy and the owners were very accommodating! As a family, we felt as if we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the Impruneta area! Florence is not far at all (by car) and the ride there is picturesque. Definitely hope to return!

Review 18：What an amazing experience it was visiting this little place. If you are after a quiet retreat then this is the place for you. We were well looked after by Alberto, his wife and parents. Breakfast was a feast! Ham and cheese omelette, croissants, sweet pastries, bread, fresh orange juice and tea and coffee. The villa was spacious and comfortable with its own kitchen. Fresh flowers were left, bathrobes and slippers provided. Pool and landscaping kept clean and tidy. The attention to detail was just superb. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Highly recommend!

Review 19：Mosquitos. However when we mentioned this to Alberto and Mathilde we got anti-mosquito spray which helped a lot.

Review 20：We stayed three nights in the small "dependance" of villa Matilde, which is next to the big house. Very good Location (we visited both Florence and sienna) Matilde and Alberto were very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning. They offered to arrange a prosecco surprise. Garden and swimming pool are very nice and comfortable, although we were sharing it with a family who rented the big house we had enough privacy and it was not disturbing at all. When we arrived in the afternoon without having had lunch they suggested we had lunch at the agriturismo of their family a 5 minute drive from the house. Great food and views!
