Located in the countryside, Relais La Costa is an 11th-century residence set a 10-minute drive from Monteriggioni town centre. It boasts a wellness area and a traditional restaurant. It also offers an outdoor pool with view of Siena.

Review 1：The quietness and serenity is just what we needed! The walks we had were beautiful! The views from our balcony were just breathtaking along with the great bottle of Chianti Classico. We will return ! The first night we had a set dinner prepared by this lovely lady by the name of Angelica.....well, it was one of the best meals we ever had. Angelica is, what makes La Costa Tuscan !! We ate there for the next 6 nights and each night we were surprised with what was put before us. Having now moved on to the Amalfi Coast, we really miss her cooking. Thanks for a lovely week.

Review 2：Room: Though our 2-room suite was spacious, and perfectly clean, the arrangement of furniture in living room / kitchen could be improved with a better sofa, better TV, and different organization of each to better optimize space/comfort in room.

Review 3：Dinner: The homemade preparation of food was excellent, prepared by a local woman. Charming and quant experience in a cozy dining room. Service: Reception manager and dinner chef were both very friendly.

Review 4：We arrived to La Costa in the afternoon. Thanks to other guests comments it was really easy to find the way. Well, we have been in many other places but the setting and landscape where the hotel ist located is simply gorgeous. Our apartment was pleasant, top clean and so spacious that a second family would fit in. Perhaps next time we’ll take a smaller one. The staff was very nice and kind and their warm welcome made us feel like we were in a family. The food was absolutely to die for. Not only delicious, but also fresh and beautiful. Angelica, the incorrigible and passionate cook, put her heart and soul into her work. Our highlight: enjoying on the terrace outside the view of Siena getting dark while tasting a glass of wine. A second trip is a MUST.

Review 5：This place give you no value for what you pay for. You have to pay for: breakfast, pool towels, use of the jacuzzi, and any services. Even to bring you food to the pool. Wifi was horrible and barely worked. For 200+ euros per night, there are a lot of other places to spend that money and get a lot more for it.

Review 7：No air conditioning, but at night despite the exceptional heat of those days the rooms were not too warm and we could sleep quite well.

Review 9：Top apartment was a bit dark due to low ceiling, however appreciate that it's a historic building and cannot change. Hot water kept running out early, but manager was investigating. Shower was bit narrow, plus awkward placement of glass shelf made it feel even narrower. No airconditioning or insect screens, which might be a problem in Summer for heat (being a top floor) and bugs.

Review 10：Amazing personal service from the property manager (Eglantina). Wonderful evening meals from their in-house chef. Nice historic building with lots of charm and views over Sienna. Spacious apartment (we were upgraded from our booked 40m2 apartment to 70m2 apartment). Well appointed kitchen for preparing your own food. Indoor spa room looked good from our tour, although we were too busy to use it. WIFI was okay, being subjected to short drop outs every now and then.

Review 14：I have been traveling a lot throughout Italy for the past 4+ years. This is probably the best place we have ever stayed. Between the beautiful location, amazing interior of our unit, some of the best food we have ever had, including THE BEST gluten free food ever, we LOVED this place. I can't say enough about how much we loved it.
