Review 1：Bed was like a rock. In Italy they don't understand the need for topmadrasses.The guy working in the bar was picking stuff out of his nose.Glasses where dirty and beers where luke warm. Male manager wasobviously upset. Walked around with an angry face all the time. Wifiworked zero on our floor. On check-out I used the wifi from the lobbey.Worked fine.

Review 11：Unfortunately the rest of the staff were not as lovely as the lady's on the front desk. We arrived to some fairly indiscrete indecent behavior between the owner and a very young member of staff and then at breakfast got treated very poorly by the young boys working. The wifi that is meant to be available 'throughout the hotel' only worked on the ground floor and the air conditioner is turned off at night (please don't advertise air conditioning and wifi if there is not).
