Review 1：- wifi just in lobby and here was slow also - very thin walls, you can hear everything from next doors..

Review 3：Over priced food at the restaurant, this was our 4th hotel in Italy during our holiday and the most disappointing. No wifi in the room on 3rd floor, and no TV reception for 50% of channels. Location is not ideal, we drove there from Syracuse and the gps couldn't find street address so we just kept driving until we spotted a sign. Lady reception staff not that helpful but the male staff much more helpful and friendly. If you are aware of wifi issues, and other technical difficulties why not offer a room that works? Over priced and I would not recommend to stay here.

Review 4：Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel and the person who served at the pool bar. She was very helpful and friendly.

Review 5：I thought the furnishings in the room were extremely sparse. A couple of mauve pillows and not much more. I think they have tried to upgrade the furnishings but not very successfully. The walls showed wear and tear. A bit grim.

Review 6：The views of the sea are very good, and there was a cute little patio off the room. The reception staff were excellent...very helpful with regard to driving instructions. The breakfast was really excellent, again with spectacular views of the sea, served on a lovely patio. The room was clean.

Review 10：The view was outstanding; the people were so friendly; the breakfasts were simply wonderful; as an American, the driving in Sicily was very scary and the fact that the hotel had a free shuttle to Taormina was a huge selling point.

Review 11：Rooms in the first foor is realy aufull: everyday early mornings you have a really long noisy symfony. First part - guys who takes a garbage (06-07 am); the second one - buses which takes the tourists from nearest hotel. It stay near from your window and do not swich off the engine about 30 minutes (08-08:30)!!! Condition system is a full day and night entertaiment. View from the number is on the parking area. Restaurant kitchen is not so good as in Taormina's restaurants.

Review 15：We decide to stay in this hotel during our 10 years wedding anniversary. We ordered best room with sea view and one big bed, but We were very surprised when we arrived they gave to us room with separate beds and column between them. Us you understand our special day were spoiled. Then they promise to give the best room the other day in the fifth floor, but in that floor air conditioning were working poorly. Restaurant can't make any special wishes. Can not to prepare table for special/romantic dinner. Stay for us in this hotel were terrible.

Review 17：The staff could be better in English, but we could communicate well. The wifi only works in the reception, restaurant and other public places, not in the rooms. The reataurant was a bit expensive for us, we could eat more cheaper in the town. The minibar is really expensive. The beach is a bit far, you have to climbs several steps to get there, and it's a rocky beach. Also the cities are 10-20 mins of driving from the Hotel. Parking is a bit hard, but you can get used to it.

Review 18：Really kind and helpful staff, they could help us in every kind of problems -travelling, parking, car renting, foods, sightseeing. We arrived at 1:30 am, but there was no problem with it. They speak german and french professional. Their english is ok, we could understand each other. They also gave us more towels when we told them we planned to go to the beach. When we booked the room, I mentioned, it's a honeymoon, and a bottle of chilled champagne was waiting for us in the room, we didn't have to pay for that. Really nice surprise.:) The room was clean, nice and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect for honeymoon couples! We read there's only croissant for breakfast in Sicily- it's totally not true! The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast with extra sicilian cakes: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, frankfurter, ham, more types of cheese, delicious pastry, cakes, fruits, vegetables, cereal... We could have our breakfast also at sea-view tables. Parking was a bit hard, but there was no problem if we parked in the wrong place, we could left the keys at the reception and they corrected it if it was neccessary. This was our best holiday! :)

Review 19：Would be good to have wi-fi in rooms as only available in public areas. The location was not near any local shops and hotel prices for water and food were very expensive considering this - however the hotel are happy to arrange transport to the nearest town until 5pm

Review 20：The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us during our stay organising shuttle buses, taxis and for general information - especially the evening front desk guy who is a fantastic member of staff! Hotel pool quiet, peaceful and clean. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean

Review 22：We have just returned from Crystal Sea. Our room was large and very clean. Beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was very good in an area with a magnificent view. The pool may be small, but there is plenty of room around it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They always gave very good advice about trips, directions etc. The hotel is a few kilometres outside Taormina, but a shuttle bus goes during the day and the local bus service goes to Taormina every hour, if you haven't a car. All in all, a lovely hotel, very quiet and very good value

Review 25：Rooms are clean and bright, but rather basic (I would say fair 3 stars level, but not 4). This is not a complaint:) (for us everything was ok), but people should keep it in mind (especially if they expect something more). Breakfast could be by bigger choice. We missed variety of fresh fruits.But in overall everything is ok.
