Review 3：Beds were like stiff boards. No facilities to make a drink of tea/coffee in your room. Old furniture and poor lighting in the room/bathroom. Trip hazard carpets near the stairs, 2nd floor. Tight parking area.

Review 5：Carpets on the room floor. Wood or laminated floor would have been much better. Taking a shower in the bathroom without having water all around was kind of a challenge.

Review 7：I did not like the fact that the hotel misrepresents information on the booking.com website. At check-out, we were confronted with additional charges for older child in family room whereas the website displays that the room is suitable for 3 adults. The hotel recognized this issue, and additionally, confirmed that they have had many similar issues before. However, they were not willing to come forward toward customer or make changes in their information. Review 9：Parking was a little concerning / compact .... I worried a little about our car and the ability of the other drivers to negotiate around/past it.

Review 11：Paul's is very popular and rightly so. This can mean that the breakfast room gets a little cramped and parking can be tight too.

Review 12：We love this part of the world. It's just an hour and a half from the Eurotunnel and has great beaches and a coastal cycle path. Just a short tram-ride away from Oostende and Zeebrugge, and a bus or train ride away from Brugge (Bruges to the Brits) - its an ideal holiday centre where English is spoken fluently everywhere.

Review 13：Great stay near Knokke. About 30min to walk along the beachboulevard to Knokke City. Lovely house and very friendly personal. Parking behind the house without any extra costs.Had a great time.

Review 14：The pleasant ambience, made our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager Gaelle and her team of pleasant staff. We had a family room which was very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely cotton linen. Breakfast was superb.
