Review 1：Rosalba - the lady who runs this small establishment in Bracciano - is absolutely lovely. She is friendly, helpful and smiles all the time. She goes downstairs and buys fresh croissant for breakfast :) Il Camaleonte is a winner: clean, cozy, centrally located, and cheap.
Review 2：The location of the B&B was very central but was located on ahorribly loud main street! The B&B is located just off the streetbut my gps could never find it...a couple of local Italian guys helpedme locate it. The B&B is located 3 flights of stairs (no elevator)up to the front door. I had to ask for a towel and some semblance of awash cloth. I was there for 2 overnights and the room and bathroom werenever cleaned, straightened up or the bath towel and wash clothexchanged. I took the keys with me while I was away; so, I assume thereason my room wasn't cleaned was because, they did not have anextra set of keys to use! I really had no breakfast, although the Motheroffered me a boxed orange juice, a yogurt and some packagedcrackers....NO Fresh fruit, cheese, meat or fresh bread, butter andjam......nothing! The Mother chain smoked, I believe so the dwellingwreaked of cigarette smoke all the time! Booking.com should take thisB&B off it's list of places to stay unless they are advised totreat customers with dignity and respect and value for their money....ASimple breakfast and a clean bathroom would really help!!!
