Review 1：Lovely B&B owned by a very welcoming family. The owners helped us by suggesting us a day road trip through all the gorgeous small villages in the surrounding area. Amazing breakfast that varied daily with fresh home baked goods/pastries.

Review 3：We are a family (to adults and two boys 113 and 17). We love all (Owners very kind and smart, the Castel and its swiming pool, toscans hills around..). We stayed in the appartement for 4 persons outside the castel about 500 meters but with acces to the castel premises.Very good place to visit around. Interesting : In the countryside, so quiet, and it was better for us and that was we looked for after 5 days in the unavoidable but "busy" Florence. Central for visiting Tuscany (South for Val d'Orcia/Montalcino etc, North for Chianti vineyard Firenze and Siena, East and West). In fact, for us, this place was very adapted due its location out the city of Siene (15 min by car) and easy to start ours day visits. It is different for a place like Florence where you stay 4 or 5 days for visit downtown, that you do not for Siena which is nice but smaller. We choosen by chance with the help of the booking notation, and we are very lucky to find this place which has been a very good value for ours holidays.
Review 4：It was the worst ассоmmodation in our 15 years travelling experience. At first minutes we could not beleive our eyes. One-Bedroom Apartment (Campilla) was more like a barn than a human accommodation. Inside there was the bare brick floor with inserts of not very clean carpet. There were no air conditioning, no TV, no outdoor furniture. Еven wardrobe and electric kettle were absent. Entrance door was not hermetic, so insects easy crawled in the room and we were forced to wipe them out in the evenings Price for this "apartment" was 135 euro for 2 persons! Furthermore hostess attempted to charge 170 euro (it is price before rebooking on Booking.com on lower price) and obviously turned upset when failed

Review 11：On a less positive note, there are some details that can be improved. Although an old house will always have its drawbacks in what concerns cleaning, we can say that it was a 4 on 5 on this regard. Good but not perfect in the suite del Guardiacaccia. Additionally, we were underwhelmed by the dinner (maybe our expectations were too high). The quality of the ingredients and execution deserves praise and it was indeed good homemade food. However, it lacked the sophistication that we were expecting given the price. For substantially less we had diner in a restaurant in Siena that was recommended by Beatrice that was really good. So, in a constructive assessment on the value for money of this particular service, either quality and sophistication goes up some notches or the price should be reduced somewhat.
Review 12：Castello di San Fabiano has left a very good impression on us mainly coming from the beautiful estate and the very nice hosts. Andrea, Beatrice and the boys receive their clients as friends and are always willing to help in providing information. We note in particular the thorough maps and explanations for our day trips that Andrea prepared! Positive points are clearly the sympathy of the hosts in every occasion, the estate and its location and the breakfast which was spot on. We recommend without a doubt Castello di San Fabiano as an excellent accommodation alternative in the Siena region.

Review 14：We loved the location. although our apartment was 500m from the main castle, we enjoyed the beautiful walk up to it along the cypress lined road every day. We had an amazing home cooked meal at the castle, something every guest should do. We all loved Fetz the dog, who would greet us warmly every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 16：Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had in Castillo San Fabiano. Greetings to the cutest dog - FEZ - !! This Castle is amazing, the pool is fantastic, breakfast is served with lots of homemade food (bread, jams) and most important: the owners are so helpful and nice. We spent there 3 relaxing days and got many helpful information what to do in this area. We highly recommend the Castle tour with the owner and wine / cheese tasting at the end!!
Review 17：We stayed at the Castello in July 2014 for four nights and were most impressed. Our hosts, Andrea and Beatrice, were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The Castello is surrounded by gardens and agricultural land so is very peaceful. There is a lovely swimming pool in the gardens that our two boys enjoyed. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and found the accommodations excellent. Breakfast is included in the price - various breads, cakes, cheese, dry meats, fruits and excellent coffee! Beatrice can also make dinner for you if you want. We ate there one night and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ask Andrea about his "nocello" drink which he makes on the property - very enjoyable! Andrea has a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area and in addition to the usual tourist sites, advised us of a number of interesting and rewarding side trips to make. The Castello is about 20 mins from Sienna, and an hour or so from Florence. It is a perfect location for exploring Tuscany. We would highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to return.

Review 19：We stayed at the farm house and really had the opportunity to relax and enjoy our childens company at the small pool and the open spaces. Beautifil kept garden, big rooms, unique furniture, old ceramic floors... Hosts do all that is possible to make your stay 5 stars.
Review 20：In a rating of 1-10 we'd give Castello di San Fabiano a 12. The fabulous scenery and location for touring Tuscany, the ambience of the entire property, the attention to every detail, gourmet fresh organiic meals and warm, personal service of the host family all draw us to return to this tranquil 'picture postcard'. Our only fear is too many will discover this 'gem' and it will always be booked up.

Review 27：Recently we stayed for a few days in castello San Fabiano. Beatrice and Andrea gave us a very warm welcome in their beautifull decorated castle. The rooms where charming, clean, spacious and with wonderfull views. The only noise you heard where the birds, giving us a wonderful concert every morning. In the morning we had fresh baked bread, delicious homemade jams and a realy nice ricottacheese for breakfast. Beatrice cooked for us once (on Monday the restaurants in the village where closed) and despite she went out that evening, our meal was perfectly prepared by Beatrice, finished by Olga and served by their charming sun. It was a real pleasure and very, very delicious! Beatrice, Andrea ánd their suns where realy great hosts, they sorted out timetables, openinghours, arranged a car, brought us to a restaurant, drove us to the station etc etc. Oh and we loved Fez, a very special dog who opened doors and welcomed us when we came back from our daytrip. Beatrice and Andrea, thank you so much for your great hospitality!
Review 28：All in all, just perfect. We felt privileged to stay in this gem of a place. Superb in all the ways possible. The hosts, the whole family, are just amazingly wonderful people (plus the lovely and friendly dog "Fez") who made our visit to the Castello di San Fabiano and to Tuscany exquisite. We couldn't have asked for more and Castello di San Fabiano surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent - a 20 minute drive from Siena and from a short distance to all the relevant places in Tuscany like Asciano, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, etc. We got very good route and restaurant tips from the hosts that made our trip even better. The property is breathtaking, very well kept, the rooms were very spacious, luxurious, just beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom very spacious, modern and newly renovated. The garden is beautiful and has a large swimming pool. The hosts were most caring, sophisticated and well... just lovely :) Also the breakfast was amazing! Beatrice bakes incredible sweet pies, croissants and home-made bread herself every day. Just to mention a few, they serve local tuscany ham and fresh pecorino and ricotta cheese from farms just within a kilometer from the Castello di San Fabiano. Beatrice also makes mouthwateringly delicious jams (e.g. watermelon and strawberry grape) that made my mornings with the fresh croissants. Everything is organic, fresh and healthy and they use fruit and vegetables from their own estate. The coffee was freshly ground and just excellent.
Review 29：We LOVED our stay at the castle. Beatrice and Andrea are the most gracious hosts and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. On a Mon Wed and Fri Beatrice prepares a home made 3 course meal that is simply sublime. It was the highlight to our trip to Italy and with the castle being so centrally located so as to explore the surrounding villages. We WILL be back!
Review 30：If you're looking for luxury, flat screen tv's, etc., this place is not for you. If you're looking however for an amazing experience in the Tuscany countryside, then don't hesitate. The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect for exploring Crete. The best part however is the hosts. They are extremely charming & hospitable and ensure that your stay is pleasant. If you're lucky Beatrice will cook for you! Best food of the trip!! I can't wait to go back!
