Review 1：A slightly complicated access - but not the fault of the hotel, as the local administration changed the street leading to the hotel to "one-way" (excellent thing!) but then you have to go around half of the village to reach it going down to the sea, with 2 HUGE speed delimiters on the way - careful with your Ferraris!
Review 2：Not the first time I am staying there - convenient location, very friendly staff, clean rooms, cosy hall with bar and TV, parking right on the premises in front of the entrance (though insufficient obviously in summer for all the guests). Just a few minutes walk from seaside "promenade" and all restaurants. All in all - an excellent value for money.
Review 3：This place reminded us of the show Fawlty Towers! The room was infested with mosquitoes, including dead ones and blood splattered against the wall from previous guests. Bathroom needs to be ripped out and started again - mould and the plumbing smells like something has died. Bed and pillows - although clean - were the most uncomfortable we've ever stayed in across Europe. The pillows were so hard my head and ears lost sensation. Rooms are in serious need of a refresh. I'm not sure how the hotel had previously received decent ratings on Booking.com.

Review 13：The friendly staff particularly the lady on the front desk who was the owner/manageress we think. Despite speaking hardly any English she was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent being only 5 minutes walk from the seafront at Mariana Marina. Also we were surprised to find the hotel pool still open in late October despite the hotel being pretty quiet. It was a nice place to relax after day touring Elba. And finally the hotel recommendation to dine at La Scaletta was spot on. We ate there on a Sunday and a Monday in late October and both nights the place was full of locals, and the food was good value and excellent.
Review 14：Lovely little hotel, a five minute walk from the sea. Close to a bus stop. Staff are friendly. Clean, comfortable room with a bit of a sea view. Delicious breakfast. Marciana Marina is a gem. Great food, shops, views. Love the passegiata every evening. Marciana Marina is a beach resort for Italian families. Loved to see young and old walking and enjoying each others' company and the sea.
