Review 1：The general feeling about the hotel gave a welcoming look and was warm. The food and the breakfast were excellent. Quality of the rooms very good. In fact if we returned to Pondicherry at some point, we will stay at Hotel Annamalai

Review 2：They did not allow me to choose the currency when i paied with credit card. They fx rate deviated slightly from the official one (67 instead of 70). When i told the reception staff i want to pay with rupees they said its not possible. Looks like adding some hidden costs. Other than that hotel was good.

Review 3：Staff at Reception could not guide properly. Food was not matching the status of the hotel. TVs show only Tamil channels. Even while dining,b/f or dinner, Tamil film song vdos kept playing all the time.

Review 7：TV is all in Tamil; no English Channels nor have they advised which are the English ones, one is left to keep searching till one gives up; Duties advised are not passed on to other staff when duties change: e.g. my car was left unwashed till the morning despite them writing in their register; my bill which was to be sent by email the next day has not been sent till date.
