Review 1：A bit noisy due to the proximity of the railway. Rooms were a bit hot and a little on the stuffy side being up in the roof space. Once loft window was opened ventilation improved, but of course noise became more of an issue.

We stayed in Family Suite and felt like in 5 star luxury hotel - free parking, Suite with independent entrance, very modern and spacious, terasse and open area lounge, very very nice staff, fast wifi, one of the best restaurant in Guilianova (Bistro 900), we were served in open area and food was really delicious (we ordered 8 course test menu with local rose wine), special thanks to Pierluigi for advice, service and each dish presentation). In previous comments there is information about train line close to hotel. Yes, it is, and some sensitive person could have a discomfort if you really try to find a fault. But in fact - there is a sound absorbing wall, sometimes during daytime we heard light rustling of train, but it was so light and we did not have any discomfort , at all! It was really luxury stay and I will definetely come back!

Review 6：The only thing which could be improved is that on 2 days they had no eggs for breakfast anymore. So please buy more eggs ;-)

Review 7：Very nice and clean Hotel. Very friendly and nice staff. The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Review 8：At check in other people were treated with much more preference than we, a young couple, were. All night the fire-alarm kept ringing, yet there was no fire. Staff did not apologize at all, for our radically shortened night.

Review 10：Nothing. The fact that it is located close to the SS16 main road and the main railway line did not affect our overall enjoyment. It is well screened and insulated meaning they are hardly noticed.

Review 12：It feels like the designer/owner of the hotel has never stayed in any good or even decent hotel. From a practical point of view that hotel is just wrong. The bed is shaking when the train is passing at 5m distance to your room (I am sadly serious), the rooms under the roof are a joke, there is one window in the roof (100/50cm) other than that there's NO connection to the outside and I'm not speaking abt a view, there's none. The room size is like a shoebox, a tall person will bump heads several times a day with the roof structure. There are many things more ... but I like to summarise the shine on the outside with the artificial gras which is supposed to be the garden. The real roses smelled nice though.

Review 13：The details in decoration and appearance is of a very high standard and to a high level of optical detail. Nice breakfast, music way too load though, restaurant staff very friendly and nice!

Review 14：The bar needs some attention. There was a pre printed list of drinks available. However the staff was lacking in knowledge of how to make them and ingredients to make them were not immediately available. Not a big deal for us, but I'm sure some would get very upset.

Review 16：The Hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach but not on the beach and walking distance to the old town of Giulianova. The room was perfect. The bathroom was brand new. The hotel has beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great and Pierantonio took great care of us each day. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and the menu was creative and delicious. The front desk staff was very helpful. The first night we arrived and they were having trouble with the air conditioning. We went out to dinner and it was fixed before we got back. Everything was perfect and I would stay there again in a minute.

Review 17：We used the Hotel as a stopping point between southern to northern Italy. We did not know what to expect. The Hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend it to other people. It would be good for business people or holiday guests. It is about 200m from the lovely sandy beaches of the Adriatic. It was beautifully decorated. Lovely breakfast.

Review 19：This is an elegantly appointed small hotel in an old villa. The staff were wonderful. The room, while not large, was very comfortable indeed. The bathroom was perfect. The lounge downstairs was elegant and so comfortable. We only stayed one night as we were driving from southern Italy to Northern Italy, but would have loved to stay longer.

Review 20：Our room was located on the last floor and it had an inclined ceiling that ended too close to the bed. Trying to connect my charger to the wall I got distracted and hit my head so hard that it kept hurting for days!

Review 21：Luxurious hotel, great price. With private parking and right in front of the road. It's close to two different supermarkets. You get Sky TV and an electric tea kettle on the room.

Review 22：This beautiful, old villa has been recently completely remodeled inside into a small (just 13 rooms) hotel. This means very comfortable beds, crisp linens, immaculately clean. Huge modern bathroom and excellent breakfast selections. The outstanding desk staff speak very good English, and are very helpful. Add free parking & excellent wifi, all at a very reasonable price. Perfect!

Review 26：Visiting for a friends wedding, a local girl, I had been advised that the location of Hotel 900 was not the best. I totally disagree. Although not on the beachfront Hotel 900 was a 10 minute walk away from the beach, and conveniently located for the station and shopping. The grounds and room were immaculately presented and the breakfast was lavish with plenty of choice; both continental and cooked if so desired. I highly recommend the scrambled eggs! Would definitely visit again.

Review 29：- you do hear the train that passes next to the hotel , but the train doesnt pass late night , so that is ok - we had 3 rooms and asked to keep one of the rooms for 2 hours after check out , we were completely refused , we had to plead for an extra 30 min , this didnt feel right.

Review 32：Very friendly staff! Despite close to railtrack we were not disturbed by it. During breakfast we met waitress " Stephania" who appeared fluent in Dutch language and gave us very nice touristic info about trip to Rome. Very nice decorated appartment with comfortable beds.

Review 33：This place was just right for the five of us. We had the big family unit and another double room. What a beautiful place and the only thing better was the amazing staff that took such great care of us. Spoiled us for any other hotel experience. Everything is perfect here. Great breakfast, great garden area with lovely lounging/dining tents. Interior bar and restaurant and lounges are lovely too. The family unit is very roomy and has everything we needed to live here for four days. A great rest after Rome.

Review 34：Location was perfect for us: near our family's home and the beach. A most attractive modern renovation of a lovely turn-of-the-century villa, with every convenience. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and did all possible to accommodate us. It was as though we were visiting the home of friends. We regret only the missed opportunity to dine in the Bistro, as the menu looked appealing and unusual. We did enjoy breakfast, however, and had choices of home-made tortes and croissants, besides meats, cheeses, and cereals, with fresh coffee served by the attentive staff. An easy seaside feeling surrounded us in the dining room, which looked out to the sunny garden in the morning, and the simple beach theme continues throughout the small hotel. We very much look forward to staying there again and recommend it.
