Review 1：Staff does not know a word in English. Very poor breakfast. The hair dryier was not working.

Review 3：Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, as this was one of our most pleasant nights of our 3-week journey, thanks both to the hotel itself and to Alexander's hospitality. We received a very warm welcome and had a great long conversation, Alex is a smart and versatile man. The location couldn't have been any better: the railway station and the Palace are Right_There. Our room was clean, comfortable and truly WARM in November. A decent breakfast was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay there again and for longer.
Review 4：The cleanliness of the room was very bad: we found hairs in the bedspread, the bathroom was very dirty and we found mold in the shower. The breakfast was very poor, we found just some biscuits and a very disgusting cake. We would never recommend this accommodation to nobody.
Review 5：When we checked in at the hotel at 9pm the lady at the desk said they didn't have our reservation!!!!!! She checked and confirmed there was no booking made for us through Booking.com!!! At first she said it's not her problem and hotel was full!! After insisting that we had made our reservation and that it was confirmed by booking.com. Also Showed her our print out reservation she kept on insisting she didn't have a room! So we remained there in the lobby trying to find another hotel!! We had no choice and it was late night! Then after we were about to leave with our luggages she agreed to give us a room!! Very poor service! Bathroom with no toilet seat and broken. Torn sheets! Also very poor breakfast!!! What a hassle it was!!

Review 22：Perfect location (very close to Caserta train station, bus station, the Royal Palace, and main streets of the city). Nice and helpful staff (the receptionist during my time there was a smiling gentleman who spoke English fluently and also spent time guiding me local areas to see).
Review 23：We had room number 5 and it badly needed decorating, the paint was flaking off the bathroom ceiling and there was evidence of a very damp patch all down the outside wall, But you get what you pay for and this was a very cheap deal.
Review 24：Closeness to city centre and the palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to get breakfast too. Staff stopped traffic so that we could get in and out of the parking, which was secure and locked although a little small and a very tight gateway.
Review 25：Parking entrance (right next to the reception) is very narrow and I gave up using because my car was middle sized rent-a-car. Shower was not hot enough.

Review 29：When making the booking I was specific that I needed parking. Uponarrival I was advised that the only parking available was streetparking, which you must pay for by the hour. I had initially threenights booked here but left immediately the next morning because I wasadvised they would not have parking available for the weekend. Iunderstand running out of spaces but they should advise that parkingmight be available.
