Review 1：WI-FI connection did not work at rooms and very slow in the public area.

Review 3：The location is somehow isolated tucked in within a village/bay and represents an untouched part of Sardinia. Limited options for dinning. You have to pay for using their beach towels.

Review 4：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a pool and also access to the beach which is pebbled, the sea is beautiful.

Review 5：Beds were like benches, hard and no support. We asked to change rooms and the next room was just as bad.We could never connect to the free wifi so had to pay for our own data. When checking out the reception staff member didn't notify us that the pool/beach towels were chargeable and charged us as part of our payment without it being on the agreed bill. When asking for extra pillows for the uncomfortable beds we were told "no". Just "no". Eventually after much discussion we got one pillow each when we asked for 2 each. Also the air conditioner didn't work and was noisy all night.

Review 7：- music in the evening was a bit loud - internet is poor and avaiolable near the reception only - very weak GSM and 3G signal in the hotel and near there - minibar was not cold enough (about 18-20 C degree; I alerted it several times, but not solved)

Review 24：It is such an amazing place. It's quiet, it has the views, the tranquility, and the good life in one place. You can visit the famous Torre di Bari and it's beach just getting outside the hotel. Very good breakfast, everything home made and natural! You can eat by the pool with such a beautiful view. Very good quality - price proportion.

Review 25：Location: far from everything else; you need your own vehicle. Beach: semi-private beach very close to the hotel, poorly maintained, large pebbles instead of sand, water very deep. The rest of the beach is public, better, but still with no sand. Hotel: acceptable with decent facilities. Room: small with tinny bathroom (shower room in fact). Not properly cleaned. No sound proofing – you can hear all sounds from other rooms and from outside. Double bed made up of two single beds not properly attached to each other. Restaurant: only one, menu OK. Services: very poor. Have requested a double bed and received confirmation from the hotel that our request would be honoured, but when we arrived the situation was different. We have contacted the reception desk twice and we were told that something would be done, but nothing happened. The restaurant staff were even worst (except Guido)! We had breakfast included, but no dinner. As there was no other suitable restaurant in walking distance, we had dinner there for several times. We requested a table on the terrace, by the pool, but we were refused – we were told that those tables were only for the clients with dinner included and they were pre-reserved. We were offered a table on the terrace, further away, and every evening they moved us even further till we reached the end corner – same explanation was offered again: new clients with dinner included needed those tables... Not a place to go back to... Not a place to recommend...

Review 26：not up to standard of a 4 Star hotel, certainly too expensive for what it is, rooms are noisy and not comfortable (curtains too small for windows, old mattress on wooden plates....), didn't get to rest and relax as not cosy

Guido, waiter, and spoke really good English and was very helpful in advising us on touring. Restaurant was located with pleasant garden & swimming pool view. My only regret was that we only stayed 2 nights.
