Review 2：Well tidy up room with clean. WiFi condition was very fine. Easy access to Firenze city by bus without change from near small town. They kindly told us everything what we needed.

Review 4：The managers were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. they even took the time to buy us tickets to a Fiorentina match. location was good to go to Florence and also to get to Other parts of Tuscany.

Review 10：Jennifer and Francesco are amazing hosts nothing is to much troubletheir appartments are comfy spacious and spotless. Value for money andlocation a 4 minute walk and short bus ride to Florence and all ofTuscany right at our doorstep. We stayed for 2 nights left and came backfor a week. Jennifer booked fast trains to Venice and Rome and back forus no stress right from their door. I was amazed at how central ourlittle piece of Rocca del Palazzaccio at Impruneta Italy was to baseourselves. We will return.

Review 12：The apartments are beautiful, with everything you need and special extras such as condiments. Free to raid the vegetable garden, and invited to join our hosts for a barbecue. Jennifer and Francesco are wonderful hosts and made us feel immediately welcome and at home. Can't praise this place enough

Review 13：Everything was great! Bus to Florence is indeed steps away and costs a mere 1.20 euro. Palazzo is charming yet facilities are modern: fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful views from the pool.

Review 22：房间非常干净舒适，虽然是老房子改建的，但是每个细节都非常用心非常好。圣诞节前去住，暖气非常足。Wi-Fi也非常好。卫生间虽然不大，但是及其干净，好用。能在院子里免费停车。走出去五分钟，坐37路（虽然各种说明都写的36路）非高峰时段，二十分钟就能到佛罗伦萨老城，具体哪个景点到哪站下，司机会告诉你并提醒你下车。夏天来住的话，就能享受小院子的泳池菜园和外边的森林了。老板老板娘非常热情，各种问题都热心回答，从在booking定了房，就发来一封细致热情的电邮，介绍各种贴心服务，实在少见。90欧每晚定的双人间加床，为我们免费升级到双卧室的loft，楼下一个卧室一个卫生间一个厅带厨房，楼上卧室两个单人床加一个卫生间，非常适合家庭出游。很期待下次夏天去还能住在这里。因为无法提供早餐，所以他们可以免费为客人去超市代购，老板推荐的饭馆，也很好吃实惠。Alice

Review 27：From a personal welcome E mail offering to shop for us as we were arriving on Sunday to a leaving present from Francesco of a bottle of his favourite chianti and a bottle of his father's own olive oil as we left, we were looked after like treasured friends rather than paying guests. Everything we could have expected was there and more was offered but the Jennifer element, tips about the best way to get to where we wanted to be, booking a restaurant for us, all the small things that make a good holiday into a great one were readily to hand. Of course we will come back, who wouldn't?

Review 35：The villa itself is highly maintained and an incredibly comfortable place to stay with everything you need in place. Besides the villa, there is the pool you enjoy after a long day, the hot solar shower, and the vegetable garden where you can find most of your needs for cooking. Most of all is the company of Jennifer and Francesco (owners) who are like the family you never had, as they come bringing great generosity and company. Overall it's an incredible place to stay and lest we forget the Thursday evening BBQ's!!!
