Review 1：Rock hard beds that creaked so badly that you didn't dare move from fear of walking everyone up. Bedroom had a stale smell. Couldn't sit straight on the toilet as it was too close to the shower glass so you had to sit at an angle. Location impossible to find by Satnav.

Review 3：Curtains in the room were absolutely transparent and we could not make our room comfortably dark for sleep. There is also bright illumination outside. The quality of bed was very poor. We also paid 30 euro for late check out (check out time at theirs is 10-00!) because we had very late meeting and planned to have long sleep in the morning next day. Still, at 9-20 a cleaning lady came in. She even did not knock, just opened the door and came in. They have no "do not disturb" signs in the hotel. So I called to reception and asked to make sure that we are not disturbed. Nevertheless cleaning ladies came again twice, waking us up. So it ended up with a scandal. Quality of the breakfast is terrible.

Their beach is not suitable to swim in, because of the tubes from their toilets convey everything directly into the sea and the smell of that at the beach is disgusting.Rooms:dirty, the paint on walls is sticky, because of the low quality. No any charger by beds, only in front of, which we used for Raid to protect from a swarm of mosquitos)))the other charger is for a TV set, and the rest one in the bathroom. Cockroaches, cats, flys, mosquitos, whatever you even imagine they have)))Food: poor choice of snacks, everything is too salty to eat, and usually over cooked or even raw. No risotto, no gelatto, even no grapes, no pizzas!!!its Sardinia with a delicious choice of fruits but nothing on tables at this hotel. The wine was good, but usually warm, not cool as it is required. For lunch I paid 20 euro and for dinner 25, but it isn't worth that money.The only think I can distinguish is the design of their lobby, but it should be generally renovated and cleaned as well as the design and furniture of their rooms.Pool is toxic, because our kids were suffering from the allergic reaction on some ingredients. So don't use it either. The best way to stay here is to spend the whole day at another beaches and come back in the late evening, enjoying the wonderful water, sand and sea food outside. I felt in love with Sardinia despite of this hotel which don't care about the impression and feelings of their guests.The staff at the front desk speak English, but not so good. They tried to do their best, but it's too unprofessional.

After we insist to have our booked room they offered us a room with ants and insects in the wall. More to above, it was a staff fight in the hotel lobby at the hour we arrived. Review 30：The whole place needs tlc and some reno' works done. It may have been first class hotel in the 80's, but is definately been run down since. Corridors are a bit smelly and wing names/room numbers quite confusing. No flat screen TV and no wifi in the bedroom. Fridge built in, but no mini bar. Bed sheets/covers were torn in places, Nevertheless, for what we paid it was more than OK... Staff made up for it... We would definitely go back there.

Review 37：Poor quality gymn equipment. Very limited, no water, no facility to clean off machines after use. Staff uninterested. No ice cream available (this is Italy!) No bar service around the pool. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Review 39：.While parked at the hotel's parking lot somebody purposely broke a window of my car overnight, and the hotel denied responsibility .The hotel's surroundings are under construction .There is almost no water for breakfast .First two rooms we saw were dirty with ripped bed covers and one very dirty balcony .Rooms were not at all like the pictures .When asking the waiters to cut some fruits for us for breakfast we were told they could not do it .When I made the booking it was for a 4 star hotel, but be aware this is no 4 star hotel .There was no internet access in the bedroom even if the hotel advertises internet being available .The gym is a joke, the hotel shouldn't even advertise it, there are 4 working cardio machines and no weights .For several times we were kicked out from the restaurant tables by the waiters because they are only available at a certain schedule

Those travelers are either spoilt or probably work for some competing hotels to write negative comments.

Review 49：Basic rooms, poor hard beds with wooden support. Not renovated rooms. The worst beach of Sardinia. Consumer prices high compare to what we get. No wifi in the rooms. The resort is still within the economical crises, it seems they are still try to survive!

Moreover, it´s quite poor located and there is nothing in the nearby areas: if you don´t have a car or don´t want to drive, it´s better to arrange a full board stay and don´t think about moving. Buses from the hotel area are quite seldom and it´s not confortable to go anywhere. By the way, the swimming pool is ok, but the hotel beach is quite poor -small and full of stones-. Finally, the summer rate was quite expensive for the services provided (about 130 Eur / night).

Review 53：The staff could have been more attentive during meal times. Only a small handful seemed to be enjoying what they did and willing to help you during your stay. The restaurant appeared to be limited on selection during evening meal times for a resort of this size. I felt there could have been a larger variety although the quality was good.

It's reasonably comfortableand we particularly liked the little balcony. The greatest asset thishotel has is probably its staff. They're very friendly, helpful andhardworking. They take genuine interests in knowing there customers andto assist. A pleasant surprise was food at the hotel. When we checkedin, we're offered a half-board deal, to include dinner every nightfor 10 Euros per head instead of 23 Euros per head for walk-ins. Wedecided to check out the buffet as well as restaurants in the area firstbefore deciding. After seeing the buffet, we decided to take the offerright away. It offered a wonderful variety of food and for the 5 nightswe stayed, we ended up eating there every night. They were able to offerdifferent dishes almost every night and all were delicious. Impressive!Also liked the idea of going cashless with the use of a prepaid card andthat there's a convenience shop inside the resort. Would recommendthis hotel to anyone looking for a laid-back holiday and has a car!
