Review 1：The hotel website says: "We speak your language." But the staff can hardly speak even English or Hindi. Most staff are uneducated, poorly trained and unfriendly. Breakfast spread was hopeless and did not include omelet on a day, when they had only boiled egg. They did not provide it even after repeated requests. The bath cubicle was broken and fixed, and was dirty.

Review 2：Good Wifi. The location was Ok. Parking facility was fine.

Review 3：Bathroom was a bit congested due to the bathtub. A shower bath would be a better option as Indians generally don't prefer bathing in a bathtub or using a toilet roll. Bucket and mug were provided on request but were not too clean.

Review 4：The food at poolside grill is good. Junior suite is spacious having two rooms. Stayed with additional cot in the room still no space constraints. Free basement parking and good Wi-Fi connection provided in the room.

Review 7：The room was miss presented. It was a family room with two bedrooms and the living room had just a dining table and a wooden settie type. It was tiny and completely unusable. So as a couple we ended up spending all the time in one bedroom. So effectively we could have just had a deluxe room for much much less.

Review 30：While I was going out, I told concierge to tell room service guy to place one pastry before I come back.I told clearly you should keep it inside the room. But nothing happened. After 1 hr I came, I got a call from room service, asking when should i place it. No coordination.

Cleanliness not good Even though we only wanted a Double room, we ended up booking an executive suite because no double room was available via Booking.com. When we inquired about the availability of Double room at the Hotel we were told they have plenty available.

Review 48：1) I checked out early 5am on 22/9 to catch my plane at Chennai @ 12.00pm. In a hurry, the my credit card was not given to me by the staff who attended to me. I discovered the loss at the airport and called the hotel. They informed me that he tried my hp and i was unreachable. I was puzzled becos my hp is auto roam and such call was not made at all. The staff who attended my call informed me that my card will be couriered to me till todate i didnot received my card though i have terminated it on the very day. 2) Room service- Had forgotten to replenish coffee packets on 2 days and had to be reminded thrice before the pkts reached my room 3) Food indicated in menu was not available when ordered. Need to ensure that all food written in the menu shld be available at all time

Airco was leaking badly into the room and didn't function at all. No housekeeping at all, or at least not in our rooms. Bathroom turns into swimming pool when showering.
