Review 1：We had such nice experience with other hotels in Caorle and didn't expect this. Owners very unfriendly. Umbrella on the beach is not included, the beach is reserved for the hotel but if you book less than 3 nights you have to pay for the umbrella. Check in and check out in other hotel. Owner requires car keys and personal documents at check in and keep them till check out!!! All the time you can hear how much money booking.com requires and what a small win they have from this booking. Never again!
Review 2：The location is the only thing we liked.
Review 3：Bad personnel attitude (including the owner).We booked a room with a balcony and it not was so.They didn't want to give us his card creates a private sunbed on the beach. We no had support for wet clothes at the beach.
Review 4：Pricing changed when we left the hotel (we had to pay more - nobody informed us at the time of arrival). We had to leave the key of the car at the reception without any guarantee that we get it back.

Review 6：Advertised on Booking.com as room service and breakfast in room! I only ever book hotels that have breakfast in room and room service. Didn't go down for first morning breakfast as too tired and only served between 07:30 and 09:30. This hotel is very basic and does not really care if you have a good stay, very money orientated. hotel manager didn't know anything about the area, though hotel advertising concierge service. No tea or coffee making either. Stayed in many hotels in Venice, Florence, Verona etc and this was the worst, will be making sure the description on booking.com is very accurate in future.Breakfast bland!

Review 8：We were shocked, that they kept personal documents (passport or ID card) during your stay and they gave it back after payment. And also they kept car keys (they said it is just for an emergency). Checkout and payment is in another hotel.

Review 10：there is "private beach" in the description, but we have been told that for 1 night stay it is not included and we had to pay 13 eur more! (at least 3 night stay and sunbeds are included) small room, small bathroom, no refrigerator in the room, wifi doesn’t work
