Review 1：The only thing that needs improvement is cleaning and utensils.Regarding the cleaning and hygiene there are several issues need to be address asap:- there are a plague of ants in the kitchen. It's absolute necessary to get a company to do disinfection of bugs 4 times a year. Just because we are in the country side doesn't mean it's acceptable to see ants in the kitchen.- a professional cleaning needs to do a deep cleaning to the apartment each time a guest checks out. There is dust everywhere and also spider nests in places that are not easily reached. The dust smells bad and that's why many persons in their reviews mentions that the apartments smells badly. There is no humidity in the apartment, and the furniture is old but it doesn't cause a bad smell.Cleaning is very important to keep the rates up. It's really clear that the cleaning that is done here is not professional- For better hygiene, the beds and the pillows need to have a case that is cotton in one side and impermeable in the other side. This way can be washed and the pillows and mattress are always clean. Also prevents baby accidents to dirty the mattressAnother issue that needs to be improved is utensils. There are several items that need to be available when the guest checks in: a mop, cleaning products, manual dish washer products, a couple of toilet paper rolls. Nothing of this was available, apart from one toilet roll. It's a fact that we requested and it was provided, but it should have been available.Another indispensable item that is necessary is a microwave. This is mandatory in any vacations! If I want a cup of tea I don't want to boil water!!Also it's not acceptable to rent bed linen and towels with holes. It doesn't cost much to replace it and it doesn't look good for a first impression. If it has a hole put it in the bin!Finally a must have these days is Internet and a TV.
Review 2：We stayed 6 nights, 3 adults and 1 child. The outside area is absolutely fabulous and very well maintained! Much better that all the 4 or 5 start hotels that I ever stayed! The green area is really big, there are only 6 apartments, so there is always few persons in the pool area. It's wonderful for children of all ages. The owners are very very nice, wiling to help with all that is necessary The building is an old farm house, very typical. The furniture in the apartment is old style which matches the all environment. The beach is just 10 minutes away and it's very nice We wish you all the best and we hope that when we return in a couple of years you already sorted this issues and have a much better raking. I have no doubts that you have potential to be the number 1 in the region!!
