Review 1：Hotel stuff was very friendly, room was perfectly clean, the food was also nice. Hotel itself was slightly hard to find but the VIEW WAS JUST AMAZING!

Review 4：We took some time to find the property. The directions were good up to a point, but more signs as you get closer to the B&B would have been helpful. Impruneta is a pleasant enough town, but we struggled to find any good places to eat in the evenings.

Review 6：Well, I think we have received the smallest room in the hotel which had nothing to do with the pictures in booking, even if these pictures were shown under the room "standard". OK, it was nice decorated, no complaint for that but the size is like a box, and what is a bigger problem, only one tiny window with a wrought iron on it, I have never seen such a small window! Absolutly no view. Apart from the fact that the whole property is really nice and clean we were happy to leave after 1 night as I could not imagine more nights in that room....I can not image what guest can do in this small room in a summer holiday! We will surely not return. My suggestion: If you don't mind to pay 110-130 euro for a delux room or for a suite then try. But avoid to book a standard room then you can receive Nr1/2/3 which are just at the reception, our room was the Nr.3. Breakfast: Ok for italian standard and Ok if breakfast is not important for you and only want to eat something, you will find enough. But from a property like this I would wait more quality! (espresso from coffee machine, only one type of bread and not a good quality, only 1 type of croiassant, not that good as we have eaten many times in Italy, one type of cheese with hypemarket standard, tomatoe with absolutly no taste....etc)
Review 7：It is a really nice property. Very nice garden with a pool, silent place to relax outside or just sitting in the garden and drinking something where there are chairs and tables available. Good and safe parking. Beautiful and tasteful decoration.

Review 9：The location in a quiet relaxing environment, but close to Firenze. Pool in a very nice and clean garden. All was great and in perfect condition, room was nicely decorated, good quality materials, Coffee and tea available all day. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. We could park our car safely.
