Set in the Tuscan countryside, Casa Bolsinina dates back to the late 18th century. This impressive country house offers a private courtyard, elegant rooms and 12 acres of private grounds.
The property is 10 minute drive from Monteroni d'Arbia and just 12 miles from Siena. Parking is free on site and the owners are always available to suggest interesting day trips, including wine tastings.
Rooms are air conditioned and completely decorated in wood furniture with hardwood floors. They feature a minibar, satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer.
There is a swimming pool and a large terrace with tables and chairs. Indoors you will find 2 lounges, one with a fireplace and billiards. There is also a private wine bar and a restaurant exclusively for guests, which is open upon request.

Review 1：It is quiet fificult,at the first time or in the evning or in rain.
Review 2：Being in bolsenina was a great pleasure. The house was amazing, the room was very comftable, The housting was fantastic. Alberto and maria-pie were very warm, kind and helpfull. We recoment in 100%.

The house offers a 4 course home cooked meal that is certainly worth staying in for and represents excellent value at €35 pp... the house is set in beautiful surroundings with a fishing late on the doorstep and rolling Tuscan hills for as far as the eye can see....

Review 8：The hotel is very quiet since it's away of main roads. The host Marchello is extremely friendly and is ready to talk to you the whole day long. The bathroom is pretty large and comfortable. We enjoyed sleeping in a countryside The breakfast is fine. The parking is free
Review 9：Everything has already been said. Great location (in a rural, quiet setting but still close to other Tuscan towns), beautiful house with amazing views. Special praise goes to the owners, Marcello and Maria Pia, who are always smiling and willing to help. Best dinner we had in Italy!

Review 11：The hosts were wonderful - warm, helpful, good humored, good English. The location was gorgeous - views of Tuscany and sunsets, well situated for day trips, peaceful. The pool and grounds were lovely. Maria Pia is a wonderful cook. The wine offerings were amazing. Our room was clean, well appointed, spacious. The place seems to select for nice guests so we enjoyed conversations. We stayed 6 nights and recommend that others enjoy a stay at such a relaxing and beautiful place.
Review 12：Location difficult to find - not helped by two roads of similar names close by - Apple maps can't cope with this. If you look like you are heading for Cuna this is the wrong road! Google Maps appears to locate Casa Bolsinina correctly, to the south east of Lucignano d'Arbia. BTW, this is more of a guest house than a hotel! Insects, locally, (location up a dirt track), are voracious...

Review 21：To be honest, I prefer not to tell the world that Casa Bolsinina is the best place to stay when you want to visit Toscana.The more peoples know it, the less possibilities we have to return, because it will be, from now on, always, fully booked months in advance.

Review 26：Maria Pia and Marcelo were wonderful. They are both very friendly and very diligent in serving their guests. The hotel offers a big wine list and Maria Pia is an excellent chef. Its location is also great, close to Siena and Montalcino. The property is magnific and the pictures speak for themselves.
Review 27：Everything. The 4 nights stay here is our best part of our 2 weeks holiday in Italy. The hosts are super friendly and their way of working and living is inspiring. Maria prepared optional dinners and there was no repetition for the 4 nights - delicious! The stay really connects us with the essence of Tuscany. We definitely will come back! And we enjoyed great restaurants recommended by the hosts in surrounding towns. And my 6 years old girl misses so much of the swallows living under the roof. A place full of love and charm.
Review 28：very friendly hosts, always ready to help; their suggestions for wine tasting, restaurants, places to see, were truly the best we received during our 2 week stay in Tuscany. Close to Siena - 15-20 minutes drive from downtown on normal road or about 1 hour on a beautiful white road also recommended by the host for the views. We highly recommend it.
