Review 2：The hotel is very modern and the staff is sincerely kind. Great spa area, allowing kids under 12 at specific hours of the day, so everybody can enjoy it. Breakfast is rich and well presented. Overall, great value for money.
Review 3：When I booked via your website, certain things were stipulated howeveron arrival to the hotel, we were told they were not the case. Forexample, the checkout time stated 13.00 and it was actually 10am! Thebooking stated there was a spa bath in the room- not the case! We weretold all the rooms with baths were taken and not offered compensation.This was a key draw. Breakfast was appalling-perhaps the worst breakfastI have ever experienced in a hotel. Coffee undrinkable, weak and cold.Tea cold. Food stale and old. Horrendous. Plus there was a supplementfor cooked items! We were not informed of this. We were told breakfastwas included....full stop! The spa was unmanned until the lateafternoon! We were told they were old of gowns and slippers!!!! And yetthere were barely any customers.disappointing
