Review 1：The aircon in the room was very noisy. Breakfast was pretty average and they had figs and fruit growing there that could have been easily offered but they did supply honey and extra milk when asked. A couple of glasses in the room would not have gone amiss. It was hard to find and no sign on the main gate.
Review 2：Massimo and family were very helpful. Location lovely and convenient for day trips to Rome or lake. Swimming pool was very clean and rooms were cleaned nicely daily. The kids liked the jacuzzi bath on the rainy day.
Review 3：No wifi!! Poor Cellular reception! Difficult to find- no sign on road.Kind of remote unless staying in Bracciano.

Review 9：We arrived and no one was there, after a few minutes we decided to go tothe adjoining house which looked a bit of mess, not a good advert at alland a young girl assisted us. In fact the whole place looked very tiredand a bit of a shambles with lots of dogs barking. The pool area wasuntidy and the sunbeds uncomfortable. The breakfast was just packettoasts and chocolate cake and we weren't given our own plates but had tojust eat off the one with the items on. Not like the photos on thewebsite at all. A little disappointing.
