Review 1：The location is between a raised motorway and very busy road. Traffic noise and car horns very apparent. Prostitutes working openly on the road outside the hotel gates gives an indication of the locale. There are two bars, only one of which was open during the restaurant hours. Not suitable for independent travellers, much more corporate and group oriented. Treated like second class citizens over groups. Best arrive for breakfast before the groups arrive or the buffet is stripped. Walked out of restaurant on our third night as the service was appalling and dishes served incomplete.

Review 8：Very noisy, right near the motor way so no where to walk too.The swimming pool had not been cleaned and the changing facilities and toilet area near the pool had not been used for a long time, very damp and smelly! Only four tattie sun loungers to be seen!!! The hotel is geared up for Business/Conferences and not the tourist. In the proximity of the hotel we observed many ladies soliciting in the area. We will not be returning!!!

Review 10：Hard to get to. Door lock wouldn't open. TV did not work.bellhop had to come to our room and plug in lamps and octopus extensions. Our friends room s door lock was bent and loose. Was very dated needed refurbishing and no shower door or curtain

Review 14：The breakfast was good, but the staff there always seemed to be involved in other duties and so neglected to regularly check up on levels for the breakfast buffet. They responded politely to requests but slow on delivery. A supervision problem I suggest!

Review 15：A grand hotel with an impressive atrium, a good restaurant and very comfortable room. Our room needs some refurbishment and so may have reflected the excellent value for money on this occasion. The hotel felt tired and needs some modernisation and refurbishment and so return it to a busy grand hotel it deserves to be. It rather reflects the film The Grand Budapest Hotel in its demise.

Review 17：I was a bit worried when we arrived at the Hotel since it is located close to the Highway (A3), but you don't actually hear anything! Hotel is amazing inside. Wifi is SUPER FAST. Breakfast was awesome.

Review 25：My friends and I stayed here because of its proximity to family and sights. Paolo, the restaurant manager, was very kind and arranged a family dinner for 22 people. My family and I enjoyed the food choices and service. I would highly recommend this hotel... It was beautiful and close to all (a car is a most) things worth seeing.

Review 26：Reality didn't live up to the promise of grandiose fountains and lighting.Also a lot further away from attractions than suggested. A bit of style over substance.

Review 28：Aircon in room was not working on the first night, spent a hot night trying to sleep, despite 2 attempts at reception to fix the problem. The next day, informed reception again of the problem before breakfast, but finally nothing was done till about 2H after we finished breakfast, so we had to wait around in the lobby. Staff were agreeable, though. meals in hotel were too expensive, but to the left of the hotel, there was a very good and resonably priced brasserie called Mister Beef.

Review 29：Hotel was decorated like a palace, spacious rooms and pool with a fountain. Breakfast was a generous spread. Excellent value for money, and easy to get to city centre of Caserta, and also to Naples.

Review 32：Arriving late - be aware you are in the red light district... Breakfast - very poor, one plate of cheese and salame for all the guests (and it's very big hotel)!!! You have to ask to bring more many times and the staff pretends not to understand. Empty bottles of juice never filled up again. While we were on breakfast the cleaners entered our room, althought we were for just one night and did not check out - and their behaviour was very strange when we came back... Not felt safe in the hotel...

Review 38：Staff must speak english language fluently which is not case with this hotel. If you ask something and if you dont speak italian you cant understand almost nothing. All thing with the reception goes very slow. They must be very polite ( example , we didnt have pool towels in the room, at the reception told us to go back to the room to take towels and they will replace it , the nice thing is to say to the guests " enjoy the pool and in few minutes we will bring the towels " ). Location is very bad. In the middle of nowhere , and taxi to the city center is around 15 euros which is not cheap because it is not so far away but not walking distance. Hotel is very close to the highway so forget about quiet enviroment. In the rooms is quiet but by the pool and terrace you can always hear cars. The pool must be cleaned properly.

Review 63：The Grandeur is overwhelming! As soon as you enter the foyer you will be gobsmacked. The reception staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are furnished impeccably and bathroom was extra large (as was the huge bed) Breakfast had a good variety and hotel is very close to the Royal Palace of Caserta - a definite must see! Heaps of on site parking and its FREE! Wish it was warmer weather so I could swim in their massive pool.
