Review 1：The new year 2016 event could have been organised a lot better..
Review 2：Very good place and lovely hospitality. The staff deserves a special mention for their quality service. Our kids enjoyed the place :)

Review 4：Garden view room was awesome. The washroom to the property is beautifully decorated and designed. The balcony is huge and nice to sit in the evening.
Review 5：Not a bad experience, but the parking space is not adequate. Another thing is the play materials in the first floor are in bad shape and need urgent attention. We did not use these play materials much so did not affect us.

Review 9：The location... Wow awesome it is.. I never thought a resort will have such a wonderful location in Pondichery, India... I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my boy friend and I have chosen this place. I booked a villa and the villa's location was very near to the back waters from the lake with boats and ducks reared in that. It had an attached swimming pool and climate was awesome when we stayed there... Such a wonderful experience it was... I even asked for a candle light dinner that night and hey organised it in a very friendly and professional manner.. I will definitely suggest this for all the couples out there to have a fantastic time with your loved ones...

Review 68：The location is terrible.One has to literally travel about 2 km througha very narrow one lane road past which supports 2 way traffic, passramshakle houses, huts etc etc before arriving at the hotel. This wasdistressing & time consuming. One would be lost without owntransport. Once at the resort there is not much to do as the pool is sosmall & the sea not directly accessible from the hotel. Most of thestaff are new but they are polite and helpful. The restaurant was verywarm in the mornings at breakfast. We would not recommend this hotel toother travellers because of its distance from town.

Review 70：The service was not up to standard. I had a telephone problem in the room and I had to literally run down to get everything done as I was not able to call any facility using the room phone. I stayed there for 3 nights and informed multiple times every day but it was not fixed till I left.
