Review 1：Limited choice on the evening meal. On the one occasion we used it, we found the TV a little too small for the room.

Review 2：A fabulous location with some stunning views. We requested a room with balcony and a nice view and got both. The half board package is well worth the extra as the food is excellent and plentiful. Our room was very spacious and clean with a very nice ensuite.

Review 3：The Wi-Fi was available free as advertised (one of the main reasons that I chose this booking because I needed to work for a lot of the time doing research and report writing) But it was only available one hour at a time and there was no way -it seemed - of acquiring permanent connection for laptop or phone. I had to repeatedly enter numeric codes every time it disconnected. It was also a very slow connection that kept faulting. I did survive but it was exasperating. Also there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room.

Review 4：Staff were excellent and very professional and helpful and the food was plentiful and well presented - a good standard altogether. Restaurant organisation was top notch with the maître d arranging matters in at least four or five languages fluently.

Review 5：Our room was called a "suite", and we paid extra for that, but I have no clue why it was called that. It was just a regular, very plain room, maybe slightly roomier than average. I wonder what the regular room look like...Our balcony was facing a rock wall, completely. You could literally touch the rock from the balcony. There was no view whatsoever. As a consequence, our room was so dark, you had to keep the light on at all times. The bulbs were the energy-saver type, so the room had the atmosphere of a gas station restroom - not exactly cozy. It looked like quite a few rooms are like that, at least all rooms neighboring ours, so watch out. By the way, we did ask for another room, but were told there were none available.One more thing about the room: We woke up every morning to the sound of toilet flushes in the neighboring rooms. They are incredibly loud in this hotel.When we arrived at 22:00, there was no one at the reception. We had to wait 20 minutes until we could check in. The young lady told us there was no staff to help with our luggage, so we had to haul it up from the parking lot (about 300m away, with lots of stairs) ourselves. Not exactly "four stars".Breakfast was mediocre at best, apart from the coffee, which was instant(!). I wouldn't have thought you would get instant coffee in an Italian hotel... We were not allowed to pick a table (there are quite a few nice ones by the windows, with sea view). Instead, we were assigned to sit at a table in a far corner by the kitchen door, with no view at all, because "all other tables were reserved". Interestingly, most tables stayed vacant while we were having breakfast. We then asked at the reception to reserve a table for us by a window for the next morning, and they said "sure". But then, in the next morning, we had to sit at the same table in the far corner.

Review 6：Not much. The pool was okay-ish, but very, very cold, just slightly warmer than the sea.

Review 8：Nice swimmingpool, nice view from the room on the hills and bays, nice singer. Good location for a day trip along the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo etc.). For the price we managed to get (2 nights HB for E 138), the hotel was excellent.
