Review 8：Set in a beautiful garden and olive tree plantation, this historiccastle has been restored to welcome travellers wanting to experience thebest of Tuscany. The highlight for us was the breakfast and view overthe valley through the olive tree rows. Staff very professional andaccommodating, and a bonus that they all understood English. Thank youfor being one of the highlights of our week in Italy.
Review 9：There are some improvements necessary in room cleaning. We had problemswith clean towels. The bathroom amenities were a general problem(shampoo only first day, after used it was never replaced in a week,same with body lotion). The bathroom was new and beautyful but notpractical - had no place to hang a towel or lay a soap when having ashower. Pretty dark too since some small led lights were out of order.Ventilation was too noisy.

Review 11：We stayed here a month ago and loved it so much we decided to come back for another weekend. We brought our dog on this trip and they even upgraded us to one of the side rooms with a private outdoor entrance. I will no doubt be staying here again.
Review 12：The toilet flushed strange / made a lot of noise. Rooms did not seem very well isolated, we were lucky not to have loud neighbours. Pool was not heated and therefore it was recommended not to go in it in the morning.
Review 13：Great location, lovely surrounding area with great views from the room and around the hotel, friendly staff, quiet area, swimming pool with lounge chairs and gorgeous view, good bed (firm mattress was great), and a good breakfast (especially given that often Italian breakfast is just cappuccino with a croissant - this hotel had a lot more).
Review 14：Castel Bigozzi is the perfect place to base out of for exploring Sienaor relaxing in the Tuscan countryside. The hotel was lovely and they waythey have modernized the rooms while still giving it the historic feelis great. It's only 20 minutes from Siena which is perfect. Explore thecity one day relax in the country the next day. The hilltop view withlarge swimming pool makes it a great place to relax during the summer.
