Review 1：very loud aircondition room has balcony inside specific space directly opposite the others and wall third bed isnt adequate with small space under head

Review 3：No kettle in the room, faulty shower hook, no information book in roomand they charge you for tap water at dinner even though you'vebooked half board. They refill fancy bottles with tap water and chargeyou at the end with a hefty bill. They don't inform you that Alldrinks tea, coffee and any juice you have at dinner will be added toyour room. No British people at the hotel mainly Italian and German. Ifyou're of colour ( even slightly) be prepared for constant stareseven when you are trying to eat.

Review 12：friendly and helpful staff, nice room, very nice and warm swimming pool on roof, very good breakfest with various meals, cleanness of whole hotel, near to beach, parasols and deckchairs for every room and free of charge, bicycles at disposal, good for trips to center of town where is possible to spend evenings for romantic moments or shopping
Review 13：Rooms are small. Especially bath room is not spacious. The toilet is placed too short from shower cabin, which is not very appropriate for tall people. Rooms are quite noisy.
Review 14：Location straight at the beach is perfect. Swimming pool is available at roof top. Breakfast is good, as well for little children. Hotel personel is friendly. Good location to make trips to Venice, Triest, Udine and even Slovenia.
