Review 1：There was banging next door to our room for the whole night and even after we complained, it still carried on The bed linen was dirty and smelled very bad

Review 3：I have not liked the confusion created on booking Ihad booked room for two adults pl refer form filled by me but they said booking was for single and charged me extra for double occupancy.

Review 4：The Wi Fi is only limited the lobby and the connection is poor. would have been great if the Wi Fi could be accessed in the rooms as well. Plus no travel desk to help out on the sight seeing and recommendations.

Review 32：Pub was in first floor and people were smoking outside the pub . As my room was in first floor so had some problem . My only advice to staff is , as pub is in entrance of first floor rooms , better you place a staff member there .

Review 33：1) Checkin and Checkout procedure was smooth . 2) very near to new bus stand, good choice for people travelling through public transport . 3) The breakfast was very good, had lot options and tasted very nice. Bistro restaurant serves buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I must say that their food was very good. Tandoori chicken was amazing and costs only Rs 280. If you are staying here avoid to eat outside .

Review 34：- No hand towels provided even after demanding- Bath towels are very old and bit hard. Could be changed - Comb provided was used one (This is yakk and too BAD). It was washed and placed in a closed cover as if it were to be new. - TV is too small for the hotel standards - Conjusted and limited car park area - Buffet: Delay in filling some Food and some dishes were not refilled after it got over.

Review 36：Internet access "in all areas" was advertised but when I got there there was only access in the lobby. Not suitable for business travelers.The hotel staff were rude and initially refused to give me a refund, despite only being there for two hours. After I insisted the police were called, and started informing new arrivals of the deception, did they give a refund. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Review 41：They allowed delayed check out time according to when you checked in, which I thought was very usual but excellent value.

Review 42：The design of the bathroom meant that the floor flooded when the shower was used. The drain was too far away so the floor never dried. It was a fairly long walk to the French Quarter. Tuk-tuks are recommended at night. The route through the side streets was preferable to the very busy main road.
