Review 1：Localization tips are awefull along the street, very bad signing and dark places to turn. Breakfast is poor: we asked for double bed and they gave us twin.
Review 2：The surroundings of the hotel are great, with a lot of nature to enjoy.
Review 3：You can go into the swimming pool whenever you want, even at the evening. They wait until you finish and then they come to clean it, doesn't matter witch time is it. The stuff is really-really kind. I've nothing to complain about.

Review 9：Very beautiful territory - a lot of plants, wonderful place for open air dinner. Small pretty balcony in the rooms. Fountains are on the territory and little creek. Very nice breakfast! Gorgeous fresh air... Pine forest... Great place for staying and discovering Pisa and Florence! But you need a car - there is about 12 km to Florence.

Review 43：We booked this hotel via booking.com as it is close to Firenze and the price was good. We tried to avoid having too narrow queen size bed by booking twin room. Maybe because of this we got the room in the very back of the hotel and the size of the beds was 80cm. As we stayed only for one night we did not care much about the facilities but we must stress following: The wifi in the room was very weak to none, air conditioning did not work and instead of flat tv there was big old tv. The bathroom was ok with shower and bidet. Body and hair shampoo was provided, hair cap as well. Breakfast was quite poor (we were missing cereals and fruit). The breakfast consists of two different cakes ( which were 'hard'), croissants, ham, salami, sliced cheese, jam, honey, and joghurt. For the water and 'juice' plastic cups provided instead of glass. Considering the price we paid (59€ plus tax) we would probably stay here again.
Review 44：Breakfast was very very poor, cleaning lady left the room door open for everyone to come in, which is not ok if you intend to leave stuff in your room, which you probably do. They have lots of mosquitos, but we can't blame the hotel for this.
Review 45：We liked the location, it's good for day trips around Tuscany, wi-fi is great, it was an ok hotel all around. Towels and other neccessities were in place. The staff is kind, but could speak a little better English.
