Review 3：The outdoor pool is also open to day visitors. It gets very crowded. There are organised activities most of the day, most of which involve loud music. Sitting out on the balcony is not peaceful. The restaurant also hosts functions, it's not condusive for a quiet meal. As the hotel is a mile out of town, there is no easy alternative eating venue.

Review 11：The bathroom facilities where old and worn out. In the shower there was a wooden base all rotten and smelly and the shower base was cracked and just looked disgusting. The fittings all looked like they needed to be replaced.

Review 14：Friendly staff who let us stay the whole day after our check out in the premises and use the pool. Location is excellent and beautiful, perfect for relaxing, playing tennis and enjoying swimming pool. Close to Rome but feels like countryside getaway. Good location where to spend the last day before flight home as Fiumicino airport is also nearby (50min).

You either couldn't connect or once you stood in a corner of the room and connected it was a weak signal and would drop in the middle of searching for something or downloading something. Never a good connection. The location is great by the lake, but at the bottom of a steep hill away from the downtown area(if you go, rent a car or plan on getting lots of exercise!). Public transport does exist but unreliable. Bathroom was very small and could use some updating but at least it was clean.

Review 24：We liked the view from our room and the excellent features offered such as: proximity to the lake, option of the pool, bar by the pool, breakfast in the morning with a view, restaurant right next door (also with beautiful views and superb food), and a spa to relax on location. As well as the kind staff. They even arranged and excellent taxi to take us to the airport.

Review 40：A lovely quiet hotel on a beautiful lake. Very relaxing. It is not in the town of Bracciano but is literally a 5 minute drive. Has a very good restaurant 50 meters away on the edge of the lake.

Review 41：The breakfast was a bit variable day to day with the exact same cake produced several days running. The nearest beach right next to the hotel was "private" thus requiring payment for loungers etc.

Private beach on the lake which was deserted at 7am and perfect for a quiet morning swim. Amazing views over towards Trevignano and Anguillara, and up the hill to the castle in Bracciano. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 47：This is a hotel well past it's sell by date. Look at the picture. Iam afraid that represents the hotel well. I paid 110 euros for two -about 60 to 70 would have been about right. Taking the pi**!

According to the staff, this area is closedtill Eastern. Nevertheless, I had to pay for it. Also, only Italian tvprograms are available.
