Review 1：first night there was a black out at the villa. we had to use the washing machine so wash our clothes after being on Holiday for 2 weeks. i think the electricity cable are old so while the washing machine was on, the power in the house went off. call the housekeeping and they show us the external switch to reset the power. than we went for dinner. when we came back we discover that the heater was not working. no heating and no hot water so not very pleasant. it was pass 10pm in the evening. had alot of difficulity contacting the housekeeping. finally we manage to reach time but still issue cannot be fix. we were offer to sleep in another villa that night. believe that more attention should be focus on maintance of the villa.

Review 2：we were travelling with a dog and we were upgrade to a villa with a garden and a swimming pool. it is obviously too cold to use the pool as it was nov, but there was plenty of space for our dog. villa was well kept and everything was good. full kitchen facilities so we could easily prepare our meal if we want. nearby and within walking distance there are several good restaurant so it was good. overall good stay and stay there again if travelling there.

Review 3：There was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom coming from shower or bidet.

Review 4：The cottage was a nice space. We just had 4 people so it was cozy. 6 people would have been tight. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The was sold and made on site was good and not expensive.

Review 5：Nice place if you want to experience a country life style outside Florence. Nice staff! Great view and fresh air, especially in the morning. Kind staff recommended us a great local restraunt and we enjoyed the food very much! Thank you! It's definitely worth of the money and time traveling from Florence city center! You don't have to rent a car, the cab is very cheap here, only 30 mins and around 37Euro to get there.

Gave lots of information about the area and how and where to catch the bus to Florence, where the local supermarket and good restaurants nearby were located. Good facilities, pool and washing machine and a area where you could dry your clothes. Very convenient for easy access to Florence by local Bus.

Review 7：This booking totally lived up to our expectations. Oana and the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay in Tuscany wonderful. Take their advice on wine tours and cooking classes. The day in Chianti that they arranged for us was the highlight of our two-week trip. Breakfast was awesome.

Review 9：Excellent place! This place has a beautiful scenery as well as great facility. Room is clean and comfortable and warm in the winter. Although I visited in winter, I used the pool area for having a tea time.

Review 11：We loved the olive trees and watching them pick the olives as well as the process of making the olive oil. The views were outstanding , close to the bus stop to go to Florence. The farm house was very specious. The bathrooms were good even though the bathtub upstairs was very narrow. The men had to shower in th downstairs bathroom. Staff was nice.

Review 12：The ground are gorgeous and the staff is so kind. It is only a quick bus ride into Florence to see the Duomo, etc. We have stayed here on two different trip to Florence and can't wait to go back again and again.

Review 13：Impruneta is small and basic, best if you have a car and are able to visit some lovely restaurants 10-15min drive away in neighbouring Tuscan villages.

Review 14：Great location for visiting around Tuscany. Perfect for getting away from the City and yet still close enough to enjoy everything there. Lovely pool and pool area. Very friendly and polite staff. Beautiful room with everything you need to be comfortable with the family.

Review 15：Our private pool was incredibly cold even on hot days and there were lots of mosquitos in the evening which was a shame. Also the air-con in one of the rooms kept on breaking down.

More than one tea towel would have been great and a roll of paper towel would have been good too I the kitchen. Due to the number of mosquitoes, would have been good to have mosquito serials either supplied or available for purchase at reception.

Review 20：Overall privacy and serenity of the place was excellent, wine and olive oil purchased from the premises were great value for money. We stayed in the villa and the set up was great and spacious. Kids loved the loft room and the sofas.

Review 54：This place is a perfect location to relax and put your feet up. It is 7 km from the old part of Florence, 50 km from Siena and about the same from Pisa. But just enjoying the Tuscan countryside is an absolute must in ths area. I am definately going back!

Review 55：Awesome location for touring Chianti and for people who want to stay fit. They have a nice, compact gym with a treadmill, elliptical, bike, hand weights and bench. The bus to Florence was 40 min..no biggie and only 2.30 euro each way.

We were very worried about unable to check in that night.But fortunately, they left the keys and instruction for us at the door.The cottage was super nice, with a pravite pool and garden. We reallywished we could have stayed there longer.

Review 63：We were spending 4 nights there and made day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Firenze. This is the perfect location, near to everywhere, very, very nice landscape, professional, very friendly and supportive staff. Beautiful BIG rooms and perfect for family with kids.

Review 64：TV could have been better. The only English stuff on TV was the news from CNN, BBC, Al J,..etc. Would have been nice to include some stuff for the kids and sports.

Review 65：Location -close to the city yet by the country side. The drive is about 20mins up the mountain - a very mountaineous but beautiful drive. I do believe its the closest farm area (Impruneta) to Florence. The view from the room was amazing - see my pictures. We stayed there for 4 nights and we loved it. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Managed to make a full on Tuscany dinner with salt and Olive oil and rosemary from the garden. There's even a sand pit that kept my kids occupied. The reception lady has a map of the surroundings highlights so driving around to get the basic gets so much easier.

Review 67：Very nice view and setting. Must drive to the hotel. But should leave your car and take the bus to Florence. Bus stop just nearby the hotel.

Review 68：Excellent accommodation with friendly, helpful reception staff, near the centre of the town, within an easy walk to local restaurants. Bus stop to Florence just 100 meters from accommodation and return tickets for approx 5 Euros. Bus tickets available from reception. Ideal if you want to be in the country but within half an hour's bus trip to central Florence. Bus costs are cheaper that car parking in Florence and relax and let the bus driver take the strain.

Review 69：Although easily accessible to Florence and other city by car and near to autostrada, it is tucked away in very small town so no children facilities besides pool but it rained during our stay. Best suited for older gents very peaceful and beautiful.

We stayed here our first 2 days in italy and it was great to just relax and recoup from the plane ride. We loved Impruneta and had the best pizza of our trip at the little pixxeria in town.
