Review 1：The private beach is not for free, so paid 20% more from booking price. In our room, air-condition works occasionally. However, it's a nice stay anyway.

Review 2：Location, hospitality, enthusiastic staffs. The hotel is super baby friendly, it's more designed for family holiday than romantic couple honeymoon or business trips. I have a baby boy and I love families, so that's super for me.

Review 3：The walls are not noise-proof. You could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hall and also hear toilets flushing, etc. I expected more for the price. They gave us beach towels to use on our first day failing to mention that we would be charged 3 Euros each for their use! I have traveled all over the world and have never been charged for the use of beach towels especially when the use of the beach was another extra 8 Euros each per day.

Review 4：Rooms were basic but clean. View was amazing. Restaurant is nice and we had a great lunch there.

Review 5：I was traveling for business with my colleague and asked specifically a double room with separated beds. We have been given a four bed room with one king size bed and one bunk bed. The room was oriented to the hotel backyard. The furniture of the room is old and old fashioned and worn out, but still functional.

Review 6：The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with variety of the offered food.

Review 7：Air fan would not switch off in room 208 although I set it to zero. Opening the window slightly made the system shut down :-) so that I can sleep in silence.

Review 21：We vacation in Europe every year so have had a myriad of experiences with hotels and B&B's. Forever more, we will compare any establishment we stay in with the Cristallo. From the check-in with English, to the lovely room, to the sumptuous breakfast (complete with the most delicious chocolate cake and freshly squeezed OJ) we will never forget the Cristallo. Unfortunately because of commitments we were not able to taste the restaurants lunch or dinner.

The resort fee is a Club Card which includes a parasol, 1 sun lounger and a deck chair on the beach, free bikes to rent and entertainment for adults and children from 3 to 14. Access to the hot tub is also included. This fee is not payable for children under 3 years, and discounts apply for guests aged between 3 and 14.
