Review 2：The room service was excellent. I have never seen a quicker service especially the food. I think every time we ordered the food was delivered under 10 mins. The food was excellent and they have good variety of vegetarian food. Simple tasty and economical.

Review 25：The check-in staff is always busy with its own problems and don't like to be disturbed. It was a really big deal to receive out from the laundery my shirts in the evening before the departure. The waiters are exorting from the guests the tip even after the breakfast.

Review 26：The rooms are good - clean and comfortable, but there are no refregirator in the room. The Wi-Fi is avalable for 50 Rps/hour.

Review 27：really enjoyed the stay in Hotel Jayaram. Hotel is in a prime place and staff were very cooperative. Food is so good did not feel we are away from home. We will make Hotel Jayaram as our permanent hotel whenever we visit Pondicherry.

Review 28：The bathroom had cockroaches... not thought that a hotel of this caliber would be like this. And on repeated anti pest spray, still it persists.. They really have to work out on their pest control problem.

Review 30：Our room was on the second floor.On the floor above functions took placeand our room was noisy during the day and evening. It sounded as iffurniture was being pushed across a concrete floor. Restaurant was darkand not inviting

Review 32：The New Years Eve celebration in the hotel was unbearably noisy, Indianmusic style. Some reception staff were very unhelpful - the wifi did notwork and they made no attempt to help, and the taxi we ordered (twice,and confirmed) for the station was apparently "impossible"when we actually came to take it & we had to go on the street andfind 2 tuktuks.

Review 33：The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms are a reasonable size andhave central air conditioning rather than the room units, which make ita lot quieter and more comfortable. The restaurant food was very goodand good price. Most of the reception staff were helpful and spoke alittle English.
