Review 1：Hard to get to without a car. Bad check-in and check-out process. Staff not very accessible. They ask you to email arrival time. You do and there's no staff to check you in when you arrive. Staff finally show up but then the villa is not clean or ready. So what's the point of requesting arrival time? But they have a policy of chekin window of 2 hours. If you arrive outside of these times, you have to pay extra fees. Check out is also repeat of check in. Staff assures me that her colleague will be there at administrative office for check out. No wifi at villa. Ipad is provided but no data connection up at the villa so no use. No one is there. Waited 30 minutes. Finally call the phone number given for off hours. Told to leave key and iPad with hotel next door. Go to the hotel but there's a huge line since it's check out time at hotel. Stand in line for another 20 minutes. The hotel staff has no clue about taking the key or ipad. Missed the ferry due to the length of time to check out.
