Review 1：Beware with children - bedroom windows will open and dangerous on all levels.

Review 3：Excellent staff. The location is a little outside, which is also good travelling with car. But the hotel provide you with free shuttle for port, city, beach.

Review 4：The A/C in the room didn't work and it is too noisy from traffic to leave windows/doors open at night. The front desk personnel offered to discount the room, but upon checkout the next morning, an older gentleman smiled and shrugged and said it wasn't possible. Breakfast was lacking....coffee was from an automatic machine.....come on....in Italy? Location is sketchy industrial area and not walking distance to port, but they have a shuttle.

Review 5：Facilities are quite nice (restaurant and shuttle to/from port). Young lady that checked us in was fantastic, but the older gentleman that checked us out does not understand customer service or honoring what was promised.

Review 6：Room in a largely abandoned industrial area -necessitating a depressing one mile walk, or taxi ride into town. Description didn't show street number (I think 76) making it difficult to find. Breakfast very poor. Coffee very weak, had to ask for milk to be provided on both days we were there, most of fruit was not fresh. Didn't use bar as prices were ridiculously high.

Review 8：the hotel is on an industrial site and not a very nice walk back on a dark night with rats around the bins. they took our passports off us when we arrived and unlike all the other hotels in sicily didn't return it. whe we got to the next hotel 2hrs away we had a call from booking.com to say our passports were still in the hotel. we had to drive back. maybe we should have remembered but as we had had our passports returned previously we never gave it a thought. it cost us for the fuel to return and 4 hours of our holiday. not even an apology.

Review 19：Convenient if you are travelling by boat to the islands. We were allowed to leave the car at the hotel while we stayed in Lipari. The hotel staff even drove us to the ferry. Very nice breakfast.

Review 20：The hotel is nice, staff doesn't speak English but trying to help everytime, however it is difficult to find, the street is not on map and no directions at the town, for whose who are late to ship I will not reccomend to try to find it, leave car (parking is not cheap in this city and difficult to find it) and run, but if you have time-enjoy time in this hotel! Breakfast is italian ( yogurts, bread,nutella...), I can give 8 from 10 points.

Review 22：Excellent experience. We where on our way to Stromboli for 3 nights and needed to overnight in Milazzo, so chose this hotel on value and location. Then we searched for a place to park the car. No need ! The staff are so friendly, that they allowed us to park the car for 3 days free of charge and even took us to catch the ferry in the morning. Further, the phone connection was down so we couldn't pay by card, so they said, no bother, pay when you collect the car ! Have you ever come across that before ! So we have nothing but praise for this hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious, the shower all new. Good TV etc.

Review 23：The information provided was a lie, the hotel is a 20 min walk from the town through a very run down area which is very intimidating at night, this as opposed to 500m from the port, which it is but only if you work on an oil tanker! Our room described as sea view with a balcony over looked an esso car wash and car vacuum station. It amazed me how many Italians clean their cars after midnight! Nothing fresh for breakfast everything was sticky and dirty, we would not recommend any element of this hotel.

Review 25：There really isn't anything worth walking to near this hotel. We never left the property. It suited us for a one night stay but we wouldn't want to stay longer. The restaurant had a very limited menu due to the recent opening.

Review 29：The walls were so thin that you could hear every word of the conversations in the next rooms, every cough, belch and more when the toilets were being used. Sound insulation seriously needed here. This is a shame as it is the only detraction from an otherwise marvellous hotel.

Review 30：I have stayed at hundreds of hotels the world over but this one had a friendliness unbeaten. Clean, modern, comfortable but mainly, extreemly nice staff and owner to deal with. Extreemly helpful and nothing too much trouble. I highly recommend this to any traveller.
