Review 1：The decor and furniture in this apartment was dreadful. It was like stepping back into the 70's. The lounge suite was the most uncomfortable suite that we have ever experienced.

Review 3：Location was great plus we had view of sea, river and town. Manager's and staff were all friendly and helpful. Cotton Tree had everything that was needed or you could walk to the Sunshine Plaza for shopping.
Review 4：Furnishings a bit dated, no hair dryer as advertised and didn't know I had to ask for 1 out of storage. I have informed staff of the lamp in the 2nd bedroom was dangerous, also dangerous for young children was the broken crisper in the fridge.

Review 6：The cleaning of the units is not up to scratch. Bathrooms still had tooth paste splashed on tiles and dust and hair on floors. Leather couches in lounge had lots of crumbs down the back. There is also a lack of good cooking utensils - most look like they have seen better days, having said that, we would always want to stay there if we were in Maroochydore.
Review 7：We have stayed in these apartments for many years and the location can not be beaten. Lovely sunny quiet central apartments but they are getting somewhat tired. I would not describe the unit as "superior".
Review 8：Four of my staff stayed there for business. All four either text or rang me to sing the praises of this apartment. I will certainly book them in here again as we are often working in Cairns. As these guys were working 11 hours a day it was appreciated that they could go back to a lovely place to relax. Top Notch. Helen

Review 11：Great views from unit, kitchen well equipped and very comfortable. We were also very close to the beach and shopping areas. Staff were helpful and friendly and looking forward to returning for another holiday.
Review 12：Chose an upper floor with no aircon to ensure we had a good view. Might have been a better idea to select an apartment on a lower floor with aircon.

Review 15：Didn't get the apartment I booked which was on the front facing the ocean, instead got smaller apartment at rear. After booking and paying for 3 bedroom apartment was called on the morning I was due to arrive to say the apartment was only a 2 bedroom with a study and did I need a bed to put in the study. Complete lack of information about the apartment and how to work appliances, about the complex, where to dispose of rubbish etc.

Review 17：Be careful when booking superior rooms. Just because it says superior doesn't mean you will get the views in the pictures. We booked and paid high price for superior only to be put with partial ocean views and hinterland views.
