Review 1：No private beach, we were requested to pay € 21 per day!!! for deck chair and umbrella. Too many stairs

Review 3：My wife has poor eye sight and the number of steps caused her a problem as there are mainly terracotta - the same colour. It would have been helpful if they had a white strip to define the end of the step.

Review 4：The Location is excellent, the main beach to walk to is very clean and probably the best for snorkelling and swimming. You can walk round to the Club Hotel beach and that is the best for snorkelling but poor for swimming. The ice cream is fantastic and the bars are very easy to watch the world go by and sip on a ice Cafe. Superior rooms have an excellent view of the bay.

Review 12：Lovely peaceful hotel, very comfortable and exceptionally clean with a wonderful balcony to sit on and admire stunning sea views. The swimming pool was fantastic as on most days it was quiet with lots of spare loungers. Good choice of options for breakfast and it was served in a nice outdoor setting.

The room I had was well sized and very clean. The terrace with sea view was awesome. really happy with the location by the piazza as its close to a selection of restaurants and shops as well as a nice beach.

Breakfast was superb with the choice of food. Everywhere very clean and well kept even done to the gardens. Location was also excellent. We will definitely go back again.

Review 26：I booked a premium room with balcony and sea view.Although the room was spacious,comfortable and light the balcony is next to the main stairs so multiple guests using the pool area or going to the beach having to go up/down through the day/night.This meant no privacy and no use of the balcony.I asked to be given another room but was offered two rooms that were dark and not comparable

Review 28：Previous comments mentioned smoke from pizza oven flue blowing over room balconies. We noticed it, but it soon burnt off so was OK. At least 40 steps from room to breakfast area would be a problem for less able.

Great swimming in crystal clear water. Free and available parking at hotel. Located at best end of bay (other end smelt of bad eggs).

Review 37：It is very close to the beach, the breakfast was perfect( ham, eggs, fresh fruits, cakes, croissants, cereals)it was very clean. A big room. The air conditioner it works perfect. A very nice garden, a good restaurant. The personal is super. It is a good adresse for the vacations. You can ask the towels to go to the beach. The pool is clean.

Review 58：The hotel has a lot of steps. There is a ramp to get to reception at the front entrance, but the back entrance would be difficult for the less mobile.

Review 59：The room was spacious and had a large balcony with table and chairs and two sunloungers. We had booked a superior room and it was well worth it. The location was excellent with the beach and centre of resort very close at hand. The breakfast (served 7.30 - 11.00) was good, with a choice of cold and hot food (eggs, bacon, sausages) with tea, coffee, chocolate and fruit juices. We ate at the restaurant a few times in the evenings as well. The food was excellent with 10% off for residents. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Towels were provided for the pool/beach at reception. The room was kept spotlessly clean, with the maids returning early evening to ask if everything was okay. They always turned down the beds and changed the towels ready for the morning. The gym was well maintained with a choice of equipment. We were impressed by the hotel and its staff.

Review 60：Despite the view from the balcony, we were right by the chimney to the pizza restaurant just below us which billowed black, acrid smoke which smelt awful, so sitting outside at lunchtime or early evening was impossible at times.

Review 61：The accessibility to the seaside resort with pedestrianised Piazza, the swimming pool at the hotel, the considerate and helpful staff were all excellent at Mon Repos. Sea view room and large balcony were good too.

Review 69：The noise isolation. We could hear doors opening and closing and people coughing or speaking loudly in rooms next doors. It didn't really disturb us, but it would be nicer if you didn't hear anything.

Review 70：Excellent hotel! Definitely recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, just a few steps down to the beach. We stayed in a superior room for 4 nights. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, which made it a pleasant stay. The terrace was big and perfect for enjoying outside. The view is not spectacular but still OK, it is sideways to the sea. Breakfast is simple and nice. I totally recommend the restaurant bellow the hotel. One of the best we tried in Baia Sardinia!
