Review 1：The staff was not the nicest possible. It is not acceptable for a hotel of this kind to close the reception at 9pm. We call and informed that we were going to arrive around 9.20pm. The person at the reception mentioned that she would leave the key at the hotel next door. So, we entered a locked hotel on our own. That gives a bad feeling, which was not deserved by somebody arriving at 9.20pm! Regardless this event, the staff was limiting itself to do what they strictly need to. No smiles. Also, when asking about what to do around, they limited to say to go to Castellabate, which was an obvious indication. The wi-fi was not always working.

Review 2：The breakfast was very nice and rich (only the croissants were kind of burned both of days that we stayed). The view from the room on Capri and Ischia is really special. The room was large and nicely decorated.

Review 3：We stayed one night and the boiler broke down, so no hot water for showers that evening. However, after a bit of a long wait to find out what was going on, the manager very graciously waived the cost of our room that night.

Review 4：Great location, rooms and breakfast of very high quality. Right next door to an amazing spa and a short coast walk to the beach. Good restaurants and fantastic drinks 'shack' nearby.

Review 6：Superb welcome during off season. Two tired motorcyclists, no bar, but the young man who welcomed us provided wine. Sorted. The comfiest, most interesting room of our holiday, on the 4th floor.

Review 7：We loved the beautiful view of the harbour from our small balcony. The room was very spacious and light. The bed was extremely comfortable. We liked having the coffee machine in our room. The bathroom was very smart too. The breakfast was abundant and we enjoyed having it outside in front of the hotel, just a few steps from the harbour. The hotel staff organised a taxi to meet us at Agropoli station and also to take us back. This worked very well, so you can reach this lovely, small hotel in the this very attractive setting relatively easily, even without a car.
