Review 4:Wifi not free Breakfast could be improved Room smelt of smoke and had a cigarette burn on the bed sheet
Review 5:Location Underground free parking Free breakfast Good view from room with balcony
Review 6:The breakfast was very poor compared to many other hotels there was no waiter service most of the time, things like no yogurt no herbal tea no fresh fruit. As well the rooms were very basic and had few amenities we expected more looking at the website

Review 17:Under Managers great help with our requests. Excellent food and room was very good. All the staff helpful. A very busy interesting dining area. Parking at the underground garage.
Review 18:Same breakfast style with middle eastern concortion. You tried onehotel's menu, you almost tried all the other hotels' menu. Alittle of asian, American, European and of course middle eastern cutGreek would be most ideal.
Review 19:Suggest adding more international cuisine for breakfast.
Review 20:Almost no assistance like a simple map from the staff.
Review 21:Love the location as well as the parking facilities being the biggest draw.

Review 29:welcome water welcome chocolate beautiful view soundproof room many TV channels comfortable room big balcony
Review 30:Inconstant breakfast (excelent in the first morning, average in the second morning), booking one family room (2 adults + 2 children) with city view, but we recieived one triple room + one single bed having the view inside the inner building, so avoid the room no 125.
Review 31:Good position, clean hotel, good personal, wellcoming cakes and fruits + fresh water in the room.
Review 32:Way too expensive for the quality of the place, which was that of adecent three-star fallen on lean times. The breakfast wasunsatisfactory compared to those at other places we stayed in Israelwith comparable prices.
Review 33:The location was great, very central, and offered free parking.
Review 34:Navigation is the city is poor to nonexistent, we drove past the hotelthree times before noticing it (no signs or anything). The hotel, while having been built as a high end one, is in disrepair for decades; room furniture witnessed the war of 1967 if not British times.
Review 35:Location is prime, right in the downtown and next to all sights.Underground garage is a big plus. Breakfast buffet is ample and cansatisfy every taste (I cannot comprehend why you need to keep it kosherin a city with no jewish population and no sites of jewish interest, but anyway).
Review 36:Breakfast is well organized for groups, but not for people traveling alone. no on-site restaurant.
Review 37:hotel very much. Staff is well with its visitors. The room was clean, with a beautiful view from the window. The only thing that marred the - is the lack of restaurants.
Review 38:The Rimonim was overbooked and therefore one of our staff was bumped todifferent hotel for one night. The second night he was again bumped eventhough we were promised a room. Throughout our stay the staff lied to usand insulted my (the guide) character. I have contacted the hotel withmy complaints. I was really disappointed because the hotel was beautifuland I would love to bring other groups there, however given ourtreatment that is just not an option.
Review 39:The clean rooms
Review 40:This hotel is completely broken down. The pool is not functional, theair conditioning in the room did not work, the bed linens do not evenfit the bed and are ancient. There were flies buzzing around everywhere. And the breakfast was disgusting, not to mention the room it is servedin would turn any traveler into a depressive. The price was outrageousfor the value. Do not stay here.
