Review 1：- no English spoken at all, and all the guests of the hotel are Swiss/German - not a minus per se, but definitely a drawback in terms of internationality - WiFi and internet connection are severely poor - if you want to stay connected, you need to use data plan of your mobile operator - structure is old, even if in good conditions, but the stairs to reach up to the top floor (even if only the 3rd) are no easy feat with children and heavy luggage - no lift... - the timings for breakfast and dinner are good for an older or very young audience, but a bit awkward - 8 to 9.30 breakfast and 18.30 (!!!) to 19.30 (!!!!!!!) for dinner

Review 2：- the place is absolutely phenomenal for skiing and winter sports enthusiasts in general, in the middle of several tracks and valleys for downhill and cross country skiing. - staff very courteous and especially with children - good overall quality - wellness facilities small, but all in all very well equipped and maintained
