Review 1：Apartment was very comfortable and close to restaurants, ferry and bus. Beautiful position overlooking the lake. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful area of Lake Como.

Review 2：Cadenabbia ( where the apartment is ) doesn't have as much happenings (eg choice of restaurants and things to see ) as compared to the famous Bellagio area . You will need to take ferry from Caddebbavia to Bellagio and that cost u euro5 per trip . The apartment is great but be mindful that you wont see any signage of Royal Caddebbavia outside of the complex as its the only unit in the residence building . The building is very old and corridor is dark but once u get into the flat it's no problem .

Review 3：Great views from the apartment . Fantastic modern design studio flat - just as what u can see from their pic . Close to Cadenabbia ferry stop ( 5 min walk ). The flat has everything that u need . So far the best equipped apartment that I stayed across italy . Andrea is a great host

Review 4：We loved the contemporary style of the apartment. It's in a great location overlooking Lake Como - only about 50 metres from where you catch the ferry across to Bellagio and other beautiful villages on the lakes edge.

Loved the clean, fresh modern renovation to the stratified hotel room - White/stainless steel kitchen with well equipped and excellent cooking facilities. Hardwood floors. Excellent introduction on arrival. Very helpful and accommodating manager.

Review 7：Very very small shower (like a cruise ship) and only translucent curtains so the light does come in in the morning since the apartment faces East.

Review 10：The apartment was in a great location, restaurants all around with the most beautiful view of Bellagio. The owner is very conscience to ensure you have a pleasant stay - she goes above and beyond to welcome you. The apartment is modern with everything you need. The little balcony is wonderful to sit out and enjoy the surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Review 12：Very stylist apartment right on the lake and near a ferry stop. Great view, very comfortable studio which was well appointed. Loved that fresh fruit, coffee and condiments where provided. The welcoming bottle of prosecco was another great touch.

Review 13：This place exceeded all our expectations! Firstly, the views of Bellagio and the mountains were perfect. We admired the view from our balcony. The ferry stop (Cadenabbia) is within 100m of the apartment, with direct access to Bellagio. Free parking! But the best bit were the welcoming host, and all the little touches in the apartment - welcome drink and little watermelon; fresh flowers, magazines, perfume smells in the bathroom and living room, very clean spaces, quality appliances... The list goes on. By far the best place we've stayed at, and we've been to quite a few 4 and 5* hotels. Royal Cadenabbia truly reflects the elegance of the region.

Review 15：The apartment was ideally located in the central region of Lake Como. It was very well furnished and immaculately clean. Being a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal to Bellagio and Varenna was great. The view from the balcony across the lake to Bellagio was wonderful.

Review 16：Hard to find any flaws only the driveway can be hard to find and is very narrow so be careful. Look for the sign to Belle Isole the restaurant downstairs.

Review 17：What a gorgeous apartment with a view straight across the lake to Bellagio. The hosts Andrea were great. The apartment has everything you would need if you want to self cater. Location is right in front of the ferry that takes you across to Bellagio. And only 10mins on foot to Tremezzo which has lots of restaurants or 5mins to shops and restaurants in Cadenabbia.

Review 18：Road noise with windows open. Difficult entry and particularly difficult exit from parking. Apartment bright and new but the block is old and rundown.

Review 21：We had a wonderful stay at Royal Cadenabbia! This design appartment is very well-located and the view on Como lake is gorgeous. Andrea the owner was very helpful before and during our stay, giving us good tips about the region. He is supported by Andrea "2", who is welcoming you with kindness and a lot of professionnalism. We definitively recommend this renting.

Review 23：Modern apartment in an old building. Views across the Lake to Bellagio. Bus Service stops nearby. Ferry leaves from nearby, but it wasn't running when we were there. It's set back from the road. No noise from neighbours. Walk to restaurants. Friendly people to deal with.

Review 24：Shower tiny, but normal for Italy -- bathroom, like the rest of the apartment is new, comfortable and very clean! Would suggest you meet the manager and let him lead you to the parking area behind the building, very hard to find on your own, especially at night.

Review 25：We loved this contemporary apartment with a well outfitted kitchen and a small balcony overlooking Lake Como -- beautiful views of the lake during the day and even more beautiful at night -- you have a front row seat for the criss-crossing ferry boats. Also, the ferry to almost any location on the lake is a three minute walk from the front door of the apartment.

Review 26：No safe for valuables No key for front door. No access via front door after hours ( dark) No light at the rear of the property. access to parking area and rear door very steep. Irresponsible parking of other vehicles at the top of the driveway made access extremely difficult.

Review 37：easy to find , fantastic view of the lake and alps looking at Belaggio from the balcony. the 2 Andreas' give you the best information re your stay with local advice and go out of their way to assist you even driving us to Menaggio no charge to ensure we didn't miss our bus to Switzerland, we ate dinner on the balcony all 3 nights we stayed there as the views were so relaxing and beautiful a fabulous way to unwind after a full day sightseeing easy access to local ferries and buses which timetables were given to us and explained upon arrival along with a half bottle bubbly highly recommend this apartment
