Review 1：Although staff were very efficient and friendly, very few of them had more than limited English. We were on a Half Board deal including dinner. Menu was a bit limited (1 meat and 1 vegetarian main course) Menus were also only in German.
Review 2：I stayed here with my son who was snowboarding on the Kaunertal Glazier. We received a free upgrade on our room which was very large and spacious with a lovely balcony.The bus stop for the glazier was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Both the room and the public areas of the hotel were absolutely spotlessly clean. Nice sauna and indoor pool. Fast Wifi in both room and public areas.
