Review 1：The church bells was ringing frequently on Sunday.
Review 2：The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location is great and not too difficult to find. No problem of getting the keys. The owner is very friendly and gave us a lot of information we needed. There are shower gel, shampoo, towels and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. I will stay at the same place again if I go back.
Review 3：The bells of nearby church are bit loud, but it didn't infuence the overal impression. I would choose this place again.

Review 6：The location i s within walking distance of restuarants. The rooms are very clean. The rooms look much better than the pictures.The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to tell us about the area and things to do.
Review 7：It wouldn't suffer from WiFi access but we knew in advance that it did not have it. Likewise, "B&B" implies breakfast but it is entirely self catering (supermarket in walking distance down the hill).
Review 8：The owner was very friendly and spoke very good English. The location is amazing - Lake Como is even better "in the flesh". There is a small "pub" that does great pizza just round the corner.
Review 9：I do not know if it was some national holiday on 6-7th of June 2015 but the church were ringing from each half hour on the morning from 7 am and during evening till 10 pm... The only minus that were really disturbing but Michel and her husband were very nice and help us to book kayak and brought us by car to kayak's rent place. It was very kind of them.

Review 13：if u don't have a car, you need to spend some time on walking up and down hill. Breakfast is not provided but you have many choices along the lake or go to the nearby restaurants just around the corner of the street. Lastly, the sofa bed is not comfortable at all but other beds are totally fine.
Review 14：It is located on the quiet hill side area. Three of us have booked a room on ground floor. It's big with 2 double beds (one is sofa-bed) plus 1 single bed. basically it's has what a family needs, coffee machine, oven or mircowave (not recall exactly)mini fridge, boiler, cups, dining table and even friction books provided. Clean shower room with hair dryer and some shampoos too! Outside has some patio furniture, sun bathing umbrellas, you can sit there to watch those nice fruits & flowers garden (& neighbors)with few lovely cats. Friendly staffs/owners have provided us parking space and kindly explained us the driving route to Fox town on a rainy day. Very gd deal for budget concerned travellers like us.

Review 28：The Casa Pini is really great place to stay during your trip on the Como lake. It is located in the quite place. The owners were really friendly for us. The rooms are clean and cosy. And it is so nice to wake up with the birds signing!!! :)
Review 29：It states it's a B and B... It's actually just a room, no breakfast included. It is very basic, no pool, TV, Internet facilities. Rooms wasn't cleaned very well, found a lot of hairs in the bathroom and floors, also found a hair band from pervious person staying there.
Review 30：Ok for a short visit... 2/3 days max. Not suitable for a long stay. Owner was very helpful though.
Review 31：The villa is squeezed with other villas and hotels. Our tarrace was overlooking a raw of garages a huge hotel and a piece of greenery on a hill slope. Still the view was quite nice. There is no wifi, the plates were tiny, there we no mugs for coffee or tee just small cups, the fridge is noisy. The room had no windows and it was located inbetween two other rooms that all resambled a line of garages. When we had breakfast outside we were practically looking into the plates of our neighbours.
