Review 1：House is badly in need of renovation. Needs painting and bathroom needs retiling. Hall floor is so noisy if anyone gets up everyone hears. No shower curtain or screen over bath so everyone had to use the shower in the on-suite. Door was falling of dishwasher. Towels and electricity are extras

Review 3：There was only one key to the cottage which gave us some problems when we went out in separate groups and weren't sure when we'd each be back. It would have been more pleasant and welcoming if towels, toilet rolls and bin bags for rubbish were supplied instead of having to go to the shop to buy these straightaway. We asked to hire a towel bale but they didn't arrive until Tuesday, so from Saturday to Tuesday we had no towels. If we had arrived in the two-hour check-in window, I'm sure they would have arrived sooner, but we arrived late on Saturday so couldn't see the caretaker until the following afternoon. Similarly, we needed to be away at 9am the following Saturday but there was no way of meeting the caretaker to pay for the electricity and towels, so we ended up leaving money in the cottage; we guessed how much and left fifty Euros. The agency the cottages are rented through are not helpful; initially they took a deposit from my debit card, whose details I had given to Booking.com, but as I wanted the balance to be taken from my credit card, I sent a change of card details to them through Booking.com. Yet they ignored this and took the balance from my original debit card. When I put in a ticket to ask them to put the money back in my debit card and take it from my credit card, they sent me a message saying I should have known there was a balance to pay. I messaged them again to explain once again what the problem was, and they ignored me completely. I never got them to rectify their mistake.
